worker就把我的收入除以3，然后去跟family size 1去比较。如果这样算的话我实习收
入就还在300% FPL以内。但如果把我的收入去跟family size 3的FPL比较，那就超了。
就以现在用的Medi-Cal为例，如果按family size 3算，我现在的收入已经超过130%
FPL（虽然只超了不到$100），但我们小娃还是拿到了无premium，无share of cost的
Medi-Cal。

，明年保费又会涨不少，实在有点吃不消 想看看有没有补助之类的
于是查了下http://www.coveredca.com/，在Premium Assistance里有这么一段话: Premium assistance is also available to lawfully present immigrants with incomes below 138 percent of the FPL who are not eligible for Medi-Cal because of their immigration status.
我想F2应该属于lawfully present immigrant。可是这个FPL(Federal Poverty Level)
对两口之家来说是$16,020，也就是说要求家庭收入在 $16020 * 138% = $22107以下才
能申请补助对吗？ 我的奖学金加学校工资略高于这个数，难道只好买原价保险了？

Recent immigrants have 5-year bar on goverment medical assistance (medicaid)
and medicare.
I am not sure if OBAMA care also has 5-year bar, I assume not. so during the
first 5-years, I would like to buy obamacare (starting in 2014) for them.

根据WIKI page, Premium按照收入有CAP (% of income)， 我父母在国内的退休金差不
多折合美国200% FPL，CAP 应该是他们收入的6。3%。 但是这个收入要不要把我们(
SPONSOR)的收入也加进去算呢，如果加进去算，自然就超过400%FPL了，CAP在9。5%。

trough技术美国60/70年代就建站运行了，稳定运行到现在，建在美西的6，7个光热电
站到今天运营还是不错的，都属于DOE/FPL旗下的电站。但是刨除国家补助这种技术能

如果不是西门子当时傻了，就是故意给中国购买作中介然后趁机配合推销光热电站必须
