thought it was just shin split in the beginning, but it actually was stress
fractures... however, it still hurt badly in the Relay after completely
stopped running for almost 6 weeks and it start getting better in the end of
May.

发帖数: 293 | 7 上个星期跑得多了一点，觉得右小腿肌肉拉伤了一点。当时没有觉得特别痛，就接着跑
，希望它自己好起来。后来几天痛感延伸到了小腿骨后方。到星期六Long Run的时候就
感到疼得受不了了，不得不停下来。这一个星期以来就没有跑步，肌肉的疲劳和疼痛都
恢复过来了，可是右小腿骨后的痛感还有。
上网看过后，自我诊断为Stress Fracture. 主要症状是
• 痛感集中在一点
• 痛感在跑步前比较强，跑步中有所减弱，跑完后又比较强
• 即使坐着不动也会有痛感
我分析可能是右小腿肌肉拉伤后力量不够，引起小腿骨受力加大造成的。网上说Stress
Fracture完全恢复要3-6星期的时间。
3-6星期不跑步该有多难受哇！
问这里的大虾们，得过Stress Fracture吗？如何才能恢复快一些？恢复期间什么Cross
Training比较容易保持跑步的状态？ |

The injury is not in the same area as the previous stress fracture, but
it is a major setback.
Tests taken after his Nov. 10 sprained ankle and subsequently did not
show the injury.
Yao had said in the offseason that he would consider retirement if he
had been unable to stay healthy.

马拉松比赛前本地running club组织的 long run，他去了，跑完回来还特高兴地跟我
吹了半天牛。
我当时也挺高兴的，这下比赛有伴了。说好了一起翘班去EXPO，今天看到他走路有些不
对劲，居然是stress fracture，我估计是平时跑跑步机太多了，其实肌肉和骨头都还
不能适应长时间跑路面的冲击。跑长了就出问题了。
提醒一下，想比赛的不能只练跑步机

上周日 ，大夫说 现在看不出啥 打上了石膏 一周以后复诊 就这样了
过了两天 感觉小孩已经啥都不疼了， 虽然手臂上有石膏绷带，但是已经基本上不妨碍
玩了
感觉没啥问题了 但是今天复诊 做了xray 说是 posterior fat pad sign ， fracture
了。
但是问题是 小孩感觉根本就不疼了 基本都能正常用左手了啊
但后重新搭上绷带 要两周复诊。 要尽量说的好活动 不要再受伤
请问这个问题严重吗？ 我听着这名词 一点也不懂啊。
小孩非常调皮 整天都在动 本身她都不感觉疼了 怎么可能不让她动胳膊啊
现在小孩感觉根本就不疼， 整天乱玩 是不是摔倒啥的
这可怎么办啊？

小孩子有时候很皮实的，只要有的玩儿，一点儿疼也挡不住的，看着都跟正常似的。大

步机上快走都不行。只能游泳或者骑自行车。我心里有点难过，因为报名了4月份st
louis 的半马。那是我的第一个半马。现在不能练习了。 有没有同学有类似经历的，
怎样回复的快一些。我不是什莫牛人，好不容易才练到能跑10mile. 游泳和自行车对跑

think about this,the remote applied stress is the only one priciple
stress survived. you can convert it into two components,
one is along the crack line and the other is perpendicular to
the crack line.
