1. 总记录是18：10，纳豆占优。泥地交手14次，12：2；其余14次，6：8.
2. 04-07交手14次，8：6，泥地7次，6：1，其余7次，2：5.
3. 08-12交手14次，10：4，泥地7次，6：1，其余7次，4：3
4. 两段时期纳豆各有一次5连胜。前一次是4场泥地加上迪拜，后一次是3场泥地加上温
网和澳网。
我的看法：
1. 不管你怎么辩，这个记录对老费不可能有利。虽然记录的一边倒主要是因为纳豆在
红土上的无敌，但总体上老费在其它场地并没有能找回多少场子，尤其是在自己的巅峰
期，纳豆刚出来时就输了迈阿密和迪拜。作为对比，小德在红土上同样是2：13落后，
但在硬地上以10：4领先，总的记录就不是那么难看了。如果当初老费那两场能拿下（
按当时的实力应该是可以的），那么记录也会好看点；可惜没有如果，所以奶粉不要怪
纳豆不给老费机会，而应该怪老费自己轻敌。
2. 08以后，老费开始下坡，而纳豆步入巅峰，这时老费不仅在泥地打不过，在其它场

九一一事件与珍珠港事件一样都是没有预警的突然袭击。两个事件凸现出情报工作的重
要性。珍珠港事件前，美国没有一个统一的情报收集系统。罗斯福总统曾抱怨送到他办
公桌上的情报蔓无头绪，不知所云。珍珠港事件的一个直接后果便是成立“战略服务处
”(the Office of Strategic Services 或简称 OSS)，负责整合美国的情报收集工作
。1947年7月，OSS变成了CIA (the Central Intelligence Agency), 即大名鼎鼎的“
中央情报局”。
既然叫“情报局”，其基本职能就应该是收集、整理、分析、评估各方情报。但中央情
报局在这方面表现似乎差强人意。远的不说，它事先对洛克比空难、九三年的纽约世贸

另外，有众多类似对手互相拉练的拉锯战争也是科技的催化剂。所以春秋战国是中华文
明的轴心时代。多少科学家是法国炮兵学校训练出来的。
毕升之后，中国的文人统治阶层（江南人）完全不适应战争。所以胜利者总是胜利地太
快太轻易。全是没死几个人，就胜利了。好比满清征服全中国，没死几个人。死的还都
是在和蒙古的战争中（雍正说的）。
因此，催化剂没法发挥作用。甚至战争之后，科技大退步（比如清朝代替明朝，又以骑
射为本），胜利者觉得失败者的科技完全无用。其实不是科技无用，而是掌握科技的人
太没用。
看欧洲人打成什么样，经历了三百年和平的大清，在鸦片战争不败才没有天理。大清的
军队是酒囊饭袋，英军是身经百战。

中央情报局是干什么吃的？

九一一事件与珍珠港事件一样都是没有预警的突然袭击。两个事件凸现出情报工作的重
要性。珍珠港事件前，美国没有一个统一的情报收集系统。罗斯福总统曾抱怨送到他办
公桌上的情报蔓无头绪，不知所云。珍珠港事件的一个直接后果便是成立“战略服务处
”(the Office of Strategic Services 或简称 OSS)，负责整合美国的情报收集工作
。1947年7月，OSS变成了CIA (the Central Intelligence Agency), 即大名鼎鼎的“
中央情报局”。
既然叫“情报局”，其基本职能就应该是收集、整理、分析、评估各方情报。但中央情
报局在这方面表现似乎差强人意。远的不说，它事先对洛克比空难、九三年的纽约世贸
大厦爆炸案、美国驻肯尼亚和坦桑尼亚大使馆爆炸案、美军舰在亚丁港的爆炸案就毫不
知情。这次“911事件”更被一些美国人称之为“情报工作的重大失误”(a colossal

France has apologised to Bolivia for refusing to allow President Evo Morales
' jet into its airspace, blaming "conflicting information".
Bolivia accused France, Italy, Spain and Portugal of blocking the plane.
It is said some people wrongly believed Edward Snowden was on board.
Speaking in Berlin, French President Francois Hollande said he granted
permission as soon as he knew it was Mr Morales' plane.

(Reuters) - France will not launch an assault on Syria alone and will wait
for U.S. Congress to decide on whether to punish President Bashar al-Assad's
government for a gas attack that killed hundreds of civilians, Interior
Minister Manuel Valls said.
Valls made the comments on Sunday to Europe 1 radio as pressure mounted in
France for President Francois Hollande to put the question of intervention
