If I am not wrong, this was after WW1 and Germany couldn't pay it's debts to
France, so France took control of the coal mines in the Rhen area. And of
course they met german resistance resulting in german civilians getting

正的源头就是这个极为简洁的《五月花号公约》。后来，美国的开国先贤所创立的国体
、政体及其制度基础——《美国宪法》，都能够从这几百个字的公约中看到它的影子。
我甚至一直认为，凡不能深刻理解《五月花号公约》的人，既没法理解历史上的美国，
也理解不了当代的美国，更看不懂未来美国的走向。
尽管我是个对世界各国的法治建设历史很无知的人，但我却一直没有来由地认为，在近
代世界历史上，美国宪法是一部极为罕见的“超稳定”宪法。“稳定压倒一切”我不知
道用英语该如何说，但稳定压倒了美国宪法或是美国宪法压倒了稳定，毫无疑问是个不
争的历史事实。这部简洁的美国宪法200多年来，除了增补了一些修正案外，历代美国
人居然没有动其中的一个字！我甚至比较愚蠢地预期，再过100年，美国人也不会动其
中的一个字。这是不是能够算一个人间奇迹？我以为，这应该可以算一个真正的人间奇
迹。由此，我甚至敢下结论，美国人恐怕从来就说不来“与时俱进”四个字，英语字典
里是否有这个词，我都高度存疑。

的条目。由于调查尚未结束，所以关于空难的原因只能是一些猜测，包括天气原因，机
械故障，炸弹威胁和其他原因带来的失速。
不过好像大家好像忽略了一个可能性：金属疲劳带来的机舱急剧失压，从而导致客舱坍
塌，如同当年的中华航空和夏威夷航空一样，可能最近的southwest也是这样。
维基上提到了一件事：2006年8月17日，該客機曾經於戴高樂機場與一架同屬法國航空
飛機註冊編號為F-GTAM的空中巴士A321-211型客機在跑道上發生碰撞。

传统新闻史认为，旧制度时期的法国新闻业处于严格的书报审查制度之下，因此在1789
年革命前没有发起过对旧制度的攻击。然而，新研究表明，1775年，法国大众新闻业曾
经在政治上突然变得激进化。这一现象与一批涌入新闻业的受挫剧作家有关，更与当时
新君即位、莫普改革失败和高等法院被恢复等政治事件密切相关。但是，激进的新闻业
