现在我有机会给一家中国的零售商介绍，他们愿意代理我们在中国的franchise. 中国
的这家公司有意让我加盟，我也想加入。
不知道，如果我加入的话，我现在的公司是不是会不允许我加盟franchise ?
利益冲突是没有的，反倒会增加我们的品牌的销售。 但是也不知道美国有没有类似的
法律： 不允许自己人加入franchise ?

毕业后搞的。现在做成全国franchise了。看板上这么多demand，全国各地的，你也可
以做franchise。所以首先是scalable的。
2。起个响亮的名字，papa wang啥的，要打品牌。
3。食物最好是不需要当场炒的，否则炒不过来，也不容易franchise。说到这个，我想
起家附近mitsuwa超市里卖ramen的门脸了，那叫一个门庭若市，周末基本排半个小时以
上，还是呼央呼央的排着。就是那种面里有碱味儿的浓汤面，头天把汤熬上，卖的时候
就需要把干面煮熟，放上肉，完事。我认识的人里就有每两周开1个半小时过来专门吃
这碗面的。反正可以琢磨几道快速出锅的菜。多几道凉菜，什么韩国辣白菜、海带丝、
花生米，可以头天准备。热菜弄几样台湾小吃，盐酥鸡、卤肉饭，基本都可以早早准备

是蒙老外的。
MW和EDU的员工有一段谈话，关于在江苏？泰兴开办POP Kids Center，头三年一次性交
60-80万加盟费，每年交8万年费。平均一年花费是28万，加上其他费用就算60万。1个
小孩1年交600 RMB，就是1000个小孩就可以赚钱了。对于泰兴，1000个小孩不是问题吧
。怎么也要2-3个学校把。
就是说，如果EDU是靠这种franchises去开学校，全中国不可能只有650 centers。6500
是夸张，就是那个意思。
而且，report就是自相矛盾，录音里说，EDU只收franchises年费，不管业务，连老师
都不派，那么如何把这些franchise收入加到自己的报表里面？

one does not know anything about business (as OP says he does not know how
to buy stocks), going to franchise is the quickest way to lose money. Yes,
franchise supposes to teach you everything about business, but most of the

但是N次前三，多次第二，而且是差不多可以并列第一的第二，算成mvp也没有问题）。
总之，无需再证明什么，HOF没跑。剩下的就是如何reinforce legacy。
第二群，小白菜，大本，伊力特。有运气也有心脏。有ring。但是从未常规赛打出mvp
水准。问题，这三人有无可能混进hof？多半没戏，但是有无可能？

（比如黄狗的12）我也不交。群里多数人估计不以为然，觉得是我拍homer哄抬物价。
解释一下我的思路。
1. 菠萝的定位。对菠萝的质疑主要两点，我拍之前的替补QB很烂，sample size太
小。前者我要指出菠萝和卡嫂霍爷大锤完全没有可比性。后面都是路人甲作为廉价
backup被选的，菠萝则是被我拍奸人小香德老都bless过的。事实上如果25岁的菠萝今
年参加选秀，应该很有希望是第一个被摘的QB。至于比赛太少和不少替补在一两场也闪
过光，我个人观点是QB在NFL能不能过eye test 挺明显的。成名的franchise QB基本头
两个赛季就可以看到将来，bust第一个赛季就完全能看出来，极少QB能够在几年后脱胎
换骨。我拍的play book出名的complex，卡嫂顶替汤哥那个赛季全部是stripped down
playbook，菠萝已经是火力全开，口袋感觉/对offense的command/quick release/arm

收进来的钱不够发工资，不够付FRANCHISE。天天从袋袋里掏钱出来补亏空。
今天先从FRANCHISE那儿开骂。然后找老公撒气。
我不敢骂员工，不敢骂客户，骂了他们跑了。但是FRANCISE我还是敢的。麻烦你们帮我
做做数学，你们收的是我150%的franchise，知道不知道？ 你们解释解释，你们这样收
费，别人如何赚钱？自己的老公当然也可以骂。反正客服和我老公都习惯了，我骂我的

的这家公司有意让我加盟，我也想加入。
不知道，如果我加入的话，我现在的公司是不是会不允许我加盟franchise ?
利益冲突是没有的，反倒会增加我们的品牌的销售。 但是也不知道美国有没有类似的
法律： 不允许自己人加入franchise ?
