operating cost in total is 18 BN.
I suppose McDonald does not carry the operating cost for franchised store.
which means McDonald does not make any money (even at gross income level)
sale hamburger.

吃亏,随便来猜想. 因为Agent和客户的之间的信任关系对于双方在今后的购房至关重要
. 和Agent的谈判最好在选择Agent面试时进行,至少在递Offer之前. 总之,买家是Agent

收到项目头款后准备买辆车。假设项目净收入2万1千块，1千块交了Exercise税（本州
有exercise tax），剩下2万块，刚好车也要花2万块。
方案1：把这2万块发给自己当作工资，然后车算自己的工资买的，当然这就要付这2万
块收入的Federal tax及SS和Medicare。
方案2：把这2万块当作公司的前买车，车算公司财产。这样个人公子收入就少了2万（
个人的income tax就免了）。但是每年要交0.25% net worth的Franchise tax（本州规
定），所以为这辆车每年要交20K×0.25% = 50块钱的州内的Franchise tax，即使这两
车用20年，貌似也远少于把这2万块当工资发给自己。
所以我的研究结果是用方案2好多了。不知我有没有遗漏什么重要的事项？

音作证。
1) CFO说的是，650 learning centers are 100% owned, no franchises.
2) 第二个电话录音中，MW和EDU谈的franchises是，Pop kids learning centers
pop kids center，覆盖一个小型城市，泰兴，只需要280K rmb。1000个小孩肯定可以
赚到钱，这样的中心在这个城市里面最少是2-5个。如果XDF这么算中心，650个？6500
个都打不住！
所以很明显，这两个中心不是一个概念。 |

1) DBA: register your company name with county, cost $35, then you can start
your business, when you file your personal tax the end of year, include
your business income and cost in your tax under your social. you don't need
to file Texas state franchise tax report(right?)
2) LLC: register your company name with state, cost $300, then you can start
your business, if you don't hire anyone, you don't even need a EIN tax

Tor's owner is Rogers cable Co., it is a number one cable company in Canada,
has a lot of dough. Vernon Wells' ridiculous fat contract will be over in 3
