这几天在Rite Aid陆续拿回不少免费的沙丁鱼罐头，今天晚上我用五个沙丁鱼罐头烧了
一份菜，卖相一般但味道还不错，老公很赞。这个鱼罐头有点小骨头，但很酥，大人吃可以忽略不计。
做法：很简单哦～～
１。因为这个鱼肉很容易散，烹调的时候时间不能长，也不能翻炒，所以
必须先腌去腥。
腌制沙丁鱼的方法：把鱼放在一个大碗里，根据自己的口味，撒上盐、胡椒粉、料酒、酱油、糖、花椒、辣椒、姜末等，我还加了几颗辣豆豉，腌泡的时间长点更好，如果等着吃那半小时也行。
２。炒配菜：根据自己冰箱里的菜，随意吧。油锅烧热，蒜片爆香，然后下洋葱丝翻炒几下，再加自己喜欢的青菜（我这次用了芥蓝菜的杆切片，脆，有点象窝笋），加了点蒜苗。菜稍软后倒入腌好的沙丁鱼，把切好片的蘑菇一起放入，可以小翻一下，盖上锅盖，先大火再转中小火两

我有个更稳定的社会模型，还不太成熟，具体比例可以调整
税法强制每人十一税，所有只交十一的人自动放弃投票权
十一以上每多交10%总收入获得1个投票权，比如你要上交收入50%，可以投四票
投票是一个权力，可以用来抢夺其他阶级/集团的利益，那么必须有对等的付出才能制衡
这和买票不一样，富人不能靠自己九牛一毛左右穷人投票；穷人也不能只当freeloader
