Two packs of 鸡脚 from Marina Food in about 1.5L water, boil for 30min(?,
can not remember exactly) with some ginger/花椒／八角. Take 鸡脚 out and put
the soup( about1L) into frig. after cooling to room T. Upon freezing, get
rid of the top fat(a lot of fat from 鸡脚). Cut the 鸡脚冻 into pieces and
put chilly oil/mint/green onion/香菜 on top. Nice with a bottle of beer. |
