浏览被当局封锁的各类外国网站，将难上加难。
据报道道，VPN供应商Astrill本周通知用户，受到网络防火墙的升级影响，使用
IPSec、L2TP/IPSec和PPTP协定的设备无法使用其服务。另一家VPN服务供应商VPN Tech
Runo本月较早前亦称，从去年12月31日开始它的很多IP位址已被遮盖，部分地区使用
L2TP协定的用户也连接不了其伺服器。路透社称，StrongVPN 和Golden Frog公司的相
