现在狗狗省心了很多，顺便把p90x捡了回来。
周末和jacob一起做了一把yoga，
别人兴奋死了。
巴巴做push up，他就跳到巴巴背上，生怕还不够重。
做cobra的时候，别人就在巴巴腿上蹦。
做down as a dog时，巴巴的脸被jacob的口水添了一遍又一遍
做frog时，jacob先自己frog一把看着巴巴，发现巴巴趴在地上不动，就跳过来把趴在
巴巴的头上，jacob的肚皮就贴着巴巴的后脑勺，前后腿分别碰着巴巴的左右耳朵，还
好没有尿尿，按说巴巴的头发很像jacob喜欢的那一堆草。当然，起来的时候，要把别人顶开。嘿嘿

Many students went fishing in May 1989. SJTU is nice and
the medical department provided free cleaning kit for our
lobsters and fish.
Some couple were also fishing in the woods of happiness.
They often caught few fish but we thought they were more
happy than us.:) |

At first lobsters were easy to catch, they would go for
anything rigid in front of them. Their strong claws would

沿着罗浮宫广场前的大道西行，我们要走的路线就是著名的Axe historique，也叫
triumphal way。路旁的小憩处引起了我的注意。既有长凳，为何又多出散落的座椅？
这算巴黎寸土寸金的地段了，看来也并非每个角落都收拾得服贴。如果要在城市规划美
观整洁上较真，全世界怕都要败给咱帝都和魔都了--如果天朝有心做show的话。
从罗浮宫直通香榭丽舍大道的道路两旁，布满修葺整齐的挺拔的horse-chestnut trees
。此外在巴黎也没有少看到梧桐树成荫的风景，加上最近在欧洲各国所见，才明白原来
天朝诸多外邦元素中，来自欧洲的影响远比来自美国的深入得多。
来到香榭丽舍大道我想做的第一件事就是–买鞋！抽风登了双高跟鞋矫情巴黎游，在看

发帖数: 7030 | 21 这是个问题 说大点就是fish有点不尴不尬的，如果说做保守的东西还不如fly/worm又快
又便宜 reagent也发达；如果说一定要接近人，那fish和mammal还是差的挺多的，就连
frog都不如。说了20多年还是坐定一个所谓的研究vertebrate发育的model来用，我一个
门外汉的感觉就是有点为了搞个model system而model system的意思。
我感觉现在可以慢慢的用fish做一点本来设计之外的东东了 说不定可以更好地利用fis
h的优点。比如说，体外受精这个好处是不是可以用来系统的做epigenetic control,甚
至做reprograming的东西（如果frog不方便的话）？还有，larvae早期脑袋还是透明的
，用来搞很fancy的neural circuitry study会不会很爽？用来做neurodegeneration/r
egeneration会不会很方便？更不要说drug screen了，如果能想出好的assay来潜力非常
大啊，最近几个用fish做的发育之外的screen都很有意思，一个sleep的，一个optomot

如果fish和frog 的knockout做出来, 那么这两个model会有大发展。

不化妆没法出门
1. 问寒热,你平时觉得身体很热还是很冷?手脚冰冷吗?还是手脚心发热？
冬天怕冷，手脚冰凉，在公司又怕热，因为一热，脸就会更红。
2. 问汗,你容易出汗吗?会半夜盗汗吗?会时常流汗不止吗?还是不出汗的身体呢?
容易出汗，有时候一紧张，比如主持会议什么的，会感觉到手上都是水，还有腋窝和脚
底也很容易出汗。
3. 问大便,你便秘吗?每天有大便吗?大便颜色是什麽?是下利吗?很臭还是无味?等等.
每天早上都会大便，很快，几分钟比较正常。如果喝茶或咖啡，会马上再大便。但是
brain frog 也更严重，以前天天喝茶，现在基本戒掉，只会偶尔喝茶或咖啡
4. 问小便,你的小便是什麽颜色?频尿吗?还是小不出来?还是没有尿意?平均一天几次?
等等.
小便不太黄，一天4,5 次吧。一般喝完水十几分钟后会小便
5. 问胃口,你感觉饿吗?有欲望想吃什麽特别的食物或是喜爱什麽味道的食物?或是不饿
,完全没有胃口。
到吃饭时间就会觉得饿。本来喜欢吃辣的东西，但因为皮肤的缘故，吃了辣会更严重所
