都是在室温下发酵，先基础发酵,发到1 1/2倍大。
将面团分成三等分或者6等分。我的是六等分，然后分别编成辫子，连接成圈，大圈套
小圈。刷上蛋白，发酵1 1/2 倍大的时候，预热烤箱350F.再次刷蛋白以及撒芝麻。
烤制时间：20-45分钟
面包中心温度要达到190F,就好了。
