有的公司资源多，也愿意多叫一些人来面试，candidate多了慢慢挑
有的公司人员有限，onsite就是看你是否fit，成功率比较大
我的感觉是，拿到G的onsite真的means nothing。认识的几乎所有PhD和不少MS都能拿
到onsite，不过随着今年以来招人方面收紧，要上线越来越难。考虑到拿到G offer的
人往往也有FTL之类的，总体算下来录取率更低。何况现在又多了team match一关。
