Not sure what metal you are buying, I am guess it is the sheet metal used
for duct work in the house. If that is the case, it is made from galvanized
steel, heating and cooking on top of that metal beyond 392 °F (200 °C) can
release zinc and cause metal fume fever, please see this link for more info.

gas pumps of COSTCO at Sterling and your vehicles then had problems, the
possible reason is that Kirkland Gas wrongfully added diesel to the gasoline
tank of the COSTCO at Sterling around 7 PM. So, the customers, like me,
added wrong fuel to our vehicles, causing the vehicles broke down.

承蒙高老师慷慨作陪，这个周末的行程我是不用操心了。北加的Lake Tahoe名声如雷贯
耳，但我总以为是个风景优美的地方，殊不知其主要是个滑雪地。两个小时的跋涉，来
到翡翠湾Emerald Bay。大概真的鲜有如我一样纯粹来看风景的，这个state park里面
少有游人。站在翡翠湾前看Fannette Island如明珠点缀在如镜面般光洁的碧蓝水面上
，湖边是大片森林和洁白的积雪，恍然有点梦中仙境的感觉。大凡美帝的景致，用大气
来形容毫不夸张。虽然国内的相似景色不曾记得我有看过，但是奥地利的小镇
Hallstatt似乎有相似景色，那银装素裹的森林和静谧的湖景。如果说Hallstatt的湖光
山色是小家碧玉，那么Lake Tahoe就是气势磅礴。站在湖边远望山头，白雪中黑影点点
，想必是滑雪的人。
加州的州府是萨克拉门托，据说小白宫很著名。那么依然到此一游。Sacramento的老城

我最近爱上了喝酒，在 world market买了瓶 Chardonnay，后来又觉得不过瘾，于是
又买了瓶 Fume Blanc，换着喝。 据说这两种是美国最 popular 的 wine, 都来自
法国。 我更喜欢 Sauvignon Blanc 的味道，淡淡的，有那么一点淡淡的涩，淡淡的酒
香，一切对我来说恰到好处， btw, 你家的那些红酒还在吗？
闲着的时候，我就喝着酒，翻我那本 在丹佛机场买的 follow your heart, 也许文
字是有国界的，但是文学显然是没有的，这位意大利老人的书. 很多时候让我以为我在读
一本中文书，而不是英文的， 里面有一句话让我印象很 深： 生活不是一种运行的轨
迹，而是 hit the target or not 。。。

Overall though, the benefits you gain from cycling and keeping healthy
should outweigh the negative aspects of breathing in the fumes. Everyone in
a large city is exposed to a certain amount of pollution, including people
inside vehicles, and you can't travel without breathing in something nasty.
Of course, if everyone cycled to work then we wouldn't have this problem…

any procedure in a fume hood that takes 2 seconds, in a GMP lab would take
forever, but certainly also because of the scale. they must have a SOP to
follow, so I am not surprised it takes much longer time to process a sample.

prevent sexual assault by keeping the lights on, according to The Hill.
During an event with Axios and NBC in Washington, D.C., Perry brought up

发帖数: 1645 | 46 话说某天半夜十一二点的样子，我还在地下室做实验。忽听门外有脚步声，一个激灵，
寒毛都竖起来了。因为这是地下二层（sub-basement），除了我们组几间实验室，就是
车床间（machine shop），这点早没人了。只听脚步声越来越近，我脑中迅速过了最坏
的可能，第一反映就是要找点什么防身。
余光扫过实验台常用溶剂瓶，乙醇，甲醇，丙酮，氯仿，这些泼出去也就味儿大，没啥
大用；下面的cabinet里倒是有浓硫酸，不过这烧伤起来太厉害；头一偏，瞅到fume
hood里有40%氟化氢水溶液，这玩意儿一滴就见白骨了，也太凶狠了（就是防身俺也太
心软了。。）
这边正迅速思考呢，脚步声ms就在门外停下了（估计贴地面透出屋里的光），我这心都
到嗓子眼了，一边留神有没有开门的动静，一边四下急扫怎么就没有趁手的家伙。终于
，注意到仪器台边摆着一排扳手和其它工具。扳手太短，但是发现一torque wrench，
有我一臂长，不锈钢实心，够沉，抡起来自卫半径也够长。急忙抓在手里。可脚步声又
响起来，慢慢走远了。确信离开了，赶紧给TC打电话，让他来接我。后来也一直不知道

不要忧虑
经文: 「应当一无挂虑。」（腓四6）
许多基督人不断地过着焦急挂虑的生活，有的竟烦恼得可怜。怎样能在日常忙
乱的生活中得到完全的安息是一个值得知道的秘诀。让我们先看：挂虑究竟有什么用处
？挂虑从来没有使谁强壮过；从来没有使谁遵行上帝旨意过；也从来没有使谁逃出困难
过。挂虑只会损害有用的生命、美丽的生命。焦急、挂虑、担忧，都是我们的主所绝对
禁止的，我们的主说：「不要….忧虑吃什么….穿什么。」（太六25）主的意思并不是
说：我们用不着预先思想，我们的生活可以毫无计划、毫无规律；祂乃是说：我们用不
着为这些事挂虑。你以为你这样挂虑、担忧，别人不会知道么？我告诉你：从你脸上的
愁纹，从你说话的声调，从你生活中最微小的动作，从你缺乏喜乐的精神看来，别人早
已知道了。我们应当把我们的挂虑卸给上帝！因为祂说：「凡劳苦担重担的人可以到我
