那天好像豆豆妈问过来着，趁着前天去COSTCO采购，看了看，做了笔记，回来给大家推
荐几款，都是20刀以下的，有的甚至10刀以下，个人感觉不错的酒。
1.Kendall Jackson, Pinot Noir, 2005,$13.99
2.Kendall Jackson, Chardonnay, 2004, $13.89(这款酒03年评分90，04年91，05年90)
这个算加州不错的酒厂了，他家的酒一般都不错，中秋节刚喝了一瓶他家的Chardonnay
，忘记哪年的了，好像是05年的，淡淡的，Pinot Noir没喝过，不过因为我偏爱Pinot
Noir，所以推荐
3.Robert Mondavi, Fume Blanc, 2005, $12.99(这款酒03年评分87，04年92，05年89）
这款酒我没喝过，不过根据往年的评分来看，应该不错，而且Robert Mondavi是加州很

大家说film结果让人听成fume，还有ratio racial也容易发成一样的 还有lion line也
特别容易发一样了还有menu manual e ae也经常发的一样。其实过去学音标有嘴里舌头
的位置，这个觉得我们没学太好，加上听得不是native speaker的，所以发音也不是特
准，现在听多了觉得对发音正确很有帮助。对了，connecticut老美好多第一个c基本就
不发，或者说非常快基本忽略。 |

通入的量，一般发酵罐都有测气体流量并控制的功能，两种以上的气体，可以控制
混合比例+流量，要看你用的是什么发酵罐。参考相应manual。
氢气的水溶性比较差的吧？那就是说，大部分氢气，需要从排气的地方出来的。
氢气的是可燃可爆的，这个你要小心了，fume hood在附近，最好排管子去那里。
而且，能不能直排，最好和你们学校管environmental safty的office咨询一下。 |

的样品。
女博士渐渐发现了问题，开始还以为是自己犯了错误，采取了一些措施防止出错，
甚至拿到未婚夫的实验室去做，总是有各种各样的问题。怀疑有人破坏，说给朋友，导
师，学校相关部门听，都劝她是不是自己多虑了，甚至认为是她自己工作不顺利，试图
归结于其他原因。
直到出现media上被洒酒精，并且接二连三的发生，终于正式由警方介入。女博士
被审问两次，测谎一次，才给实验室安装了两个摄像头，并且非常震惊（对于他们，对
于我肯定是理所当然）的发现实验室新来的，“和蔼可亲，友好，健谈”的印度博后
Vipul Bhrigu从冰柜中取出自己的样品，然后拿起擦桌子消毒用的酒精spray往里面一
阵乱喷。
庭审判了8.8K的罚款和6个月probation,40小时社区服务，给实验室设备、研究进

现在还偶尔用
没什么问题，称量的时候小心点，不放心的话到fume hood里面称就行了
500mg量很大的，一般不需要那么多
而且KCN溶液最好是fresh make，放冰箱冻几个月毒性下降不少 （我的一个实验就是做
neuroprotection assay against 一堆毒药，包括KCN

先声明下，我可能过于忧虑，想得太多，因为我是新手，刚开始做分子实验2年，所以
对很多东西还是了解不够深入。
情况是这样的，毕业后年纪就太大了，想在毕业前怀孕，但是目前一直在做分子实验，
多数是gene cloning, PCR, DNA & RNA extraction, 很担心吸入过有害化学物质，比
如提DNA，RNA， plasmid的时候，虽然都在fume hood里面做，但是离心什么的还是要
拿出来，过程中就会闻到chemical的味道。制胶的时候，之前一直用一个瓶子加热溶胶
和加EtBr, 可能在微波炉加热的时候上次残留的EtBr挥发了~~~
怀孕后反而不是很担心，到时候会有理由和导师说少来实验室。而且我的奖学金也不是
导师给的，估计不会特别push我。现在特别担心的是之前做的这些实验会不会已经影响
到卵细胞健康啥的，所以连备孕都不敢了。这两天也搜了很多相关帖子，多数都说防护
的好，那些有害物质吸入量少，就不会影响怀孕啥的。
但是这个量少很难定义。所以还是想上来问问比较懂这些的人。我以上说的那些实验，

论。所以今天的讨论，仅限于对韩，河北科技大，以及对目前的中国学术界在某些方面
表现的一些思索。
1. 大事还是小事
关于访学倒底该来欧美干啥的讨论，买提上也有过不少次了。有人认为即使什么课题都
没做，仅是出来参观一下，都是大有好处的。现在看来，这种说法也多少有点儿道理，
虽然参观的效果远远不及待多几年拿个学位。从来没有出过国，但是对国外国际情况比
较了解的国人当然也不是没有。比如我在国内读硕士时，同寝室有个工作过的大龄女生
。那时候访学还不是普遍的，我们学院就是院长一个人有这个经历。他搞了个
symposium，中间休息时我们见到大桌子上摆满的cookies，都很吃惊。“随便吃？不会
吧。”那个女生就说，“学国外的。”我们出去逛街，过马路时飞跑，有个车停在路中
央等大家过，女生就说：“海归。”
吃东西和开车，毕竟只是皮毛。国内学术界现在不缺钱，不缺聪明人，缺的是与世界同
步的学术规范和道德。韩的工作主页上，把教授写成Porfessor，把农业写成

是用来模拟地下水的，必须在室内进行（要温湿度可控）。我们实验室本没有执行此实
验的资质，但是经理非要做。据我所知这三种材料混合是有爆炸性的，我们实验室没有
fume hood。请问熟悉化学的各位朋友知不知道这液体的爆炸性有多大？（我们要配大
约1升混合液体，盖盖子存放一周时间）

One guy ever told me chemistry people use DCM to run the open column out
side of the hood. I am really afraid of these people. But, they can really
do some contribution to the science because it is very difficult to find

封住就可以了。然后把废液用管子通到hood里的一个废液瓶就可以了。这过程中不会有
任何DCM挥发出来啊。

员来搞，并且打算把Chemcial storage和Hazardous waste storage搞在一个房间，请
问大家有没有这样的先例？还有就是为了省钱想让chemlab的fumehood和Hazardous
waste storage两个房间share一个fume exhaust，这样恐怕不好吧？请问这是否违反相
关的regulation?这种regulation是当地的EPA管吗？请问是否还要请示其他部门？

里到处是油烟。Hood旁边放一温控摇床，酿个米酒，绝对容易。一套蒸汽灭菌锅炉，那
是必须的，保证每次发酵成功。储存市里面丢一套真空泵，连上双排管，（对，就是
chemglass牌的，post dog都认这牌子）对，还要附上氩气罐(氮气太便宜，不要)你说
要这设备干什么？连上真空箱，炸好的馓子、油条放里面，先上真空，然后氩气一直通
着，一万年后拿出来都脆蹦不坏。这不比大农村华人超市里面的冰冻油条强太多了。
老美的自来水还不够好，等上净水器，什么？ PUR是名牌？ 那多不专业， 要上
millipore的一整套，什么离子交换树脂，UV杀菌，0.22um过滤，一个都不能少。一测
电阻，哟，18.2M欧姆，看这数字就知道它够纯，喝着那个放心加舒心啊。瞧这水软的
，洗衣服还省肥皂呢，丈母娘一定喜欢。
咱有钱了，那么用盐就要讲究一个字，纯！不要被什么天然海盐糊弄，谁知道里面有些
什么重金属。sigma 99.5%的NaCl还不能彰显咱有钱人的气势，要上merck 99.99才好。
