is because general expense is not high in Brisbane. However, if you are
looking forward to buying property, that will be a totally different story.
I expect borrowing rate will reach 8% soon and property price in AU is not
cheap at all......
Futher, you might have to consider income tax (25% at least), cost for
children care,medical insurance ......
Life is becoming tougher in Australia and I don't think you can save much |

KUMC is near the stateline (2 blocks away), that area is fairly safe,
low-income hispanic ppl live around there.
Shawnee Mission, Kansas is your best choice to find an apartment, it's just

minutes drive on I-35 from KUMC, but it's a much better community. Futher
south,
cities like Lenexa,Olathe,OP are all pretty good. Just find an apartmentin
these
cities near I-35.

summerlin parkway. it is 5w5$. 5 min driving to HSBC town center.
APT around town center is little expensive, it is 6-7W. house is 13W around。
but if futher north west to brucewood beltway, it drop significantly to 2000 sqft for only 11w. |
