1978年初，112厂副厂长唐乾三带队，顾诵芬、张恩和、邹盛怀等参加考擦中东某国交
换来的米格23，发现变后掠翼方案死重大，不符合我们新歼要求。顾认为米格23的发动
机相当好，推力比原计划采用的910高，推重比也比910大。“我对变后掠翼没什么兴趣
，整个机翼靠一根钢梁支撑，重量代价太大，感觉最好的是发动机。”于是当时管发动
机的油江副部长提出测仿，他对910兴趣也不大。于是用米格23发动机计算歼13性能，
结果不错，但把910憋死了……
歼13经过多次演变，在换上涡喷15后，上升速度与水平速度一样为300米每秒，其机动
性很好，601据此提出下一代歼击机的战术技术指标。

逐渐逼近，大家对于H-1B 新名额的申请又紧张了起来。
(一) 今年的名额会马上用完吗?
这是大家第一个会问的问题，根据去年的H-1B 的使用状况，今年的H-1B 名额会马上用
完的机率很低。理由如下：
1。去年整体经济情况不佳，雇主愿意为员工申请H-1B 的意愿也降低。即使加上许多在
前年没申请到的H-1B 名额的人士在去年又重新申请的情况下，H-1B 花了大约8个月的
时间才用完，因此，今年H-1B 申请情况将不如往年。
2。今年移民局对IT Consultant 的公司有诸多限制，而这些H-1B 的申请人在往年占据
了很多H-1B 的名额，因此，今年H-1B 的名额使用状况应该比往年乐观。
(二) LCA 的申请时间大约一至二个星期：申请H-1B 必须有批准的LCA。
移民局在2009年11月5日同意从2009年11月5日至2010年3月9日这段时间“暂时在特定情

growth stock看的是TEV/Revenue和TEV/EBITDA, 如果属于比较早期的公司可能要看
TEV/FY+1 Revenue 或者 TEV/FY+2 Revenue。
value stock才去比earnings和profitability。 |
