背景：Civil Engineering，三流小学校PhD,目前并没有从事学术工作，所以吃的是老本

citation：200+ （引用多的大部分是别人一作的）

reference：4篇外加一封editor support （证明review经历，有的杂志不发thank you
letter） ，三篇算是独立，除了自家老板，另外美国澳洲欧洲各一，都是认识的人。

下面谈一下心路历程，总结下自己两个I140的过程
由于lz最大的特点就是重度拖延症，如果律师也慢且不催我，那案子会拖无限久。在办
NIW过程中，从准备到递交长达一年时间，再加上前任律师一定要我找6个以上推荐人，

样子我看放心一些了，去政府，工资是不太高(还是比目前高一些).但是加上政府部门
的retirement contribution (大概10%).应该够得上
超过perm 上的数目了。希望offer 快来。

办旅行证，然后给我们的白单子写的3，15取，因为我们办的回邮，提供usps的express
的邮票和信封，按理说应该昨天寄出的，结果我今天16号查还是没有任何记录。
另外我的护照是328寄出，如果他们不守时，我就惨了，我定了4月12的机票回国。
如果他们给的那个取证单，就是白单子写的日子，要是自取，那天应该就是已经办好了
，对不，否则人家大老远来取了，你却没做好，岂不白耽误工夫了。

defensive oriented hands. If you bid, 2NT can often be a wrong spot I believe.
When you can make 2NT with 3-3-3-4, you can usually get more tricks in defense.
Still, I belive 3NT over 3D doesn't garantee balanced shape:
I would bid 3NT with: SKJxx Hx DAQx CAxxxx, because if I rebid 3S,
my partner would never be able to bid 3NT.
Anyway, I think it's seldom right to double with 4-4-0-5 shape here.

now we are at 4 level, still might not find a fit.
this sequence seems better:

3X ....
that means if it's 6D+ 4M, it's always good to wait first. if it's
6C+ 4S, 3C would still be good if partner's suit is D,
2D would be good if partner's suit is H, for both cases,
we can bid our C and S at 3 level, not 4 level. |

now, it's a matter of partnership agreement.
With some partners, I play 1D 1H 2H even when I hold 4 spades and 3 hearts:
4-3-5-1 shape and around 12-13 HCP. So partner's 3S doesn't garantee 4 hearts.
For standard treatment, people usually bid 1S over 1H with 4 spades and 3
hearts. So you still can move on. you need partner to hold
SQJxx HAQxx DKxxx Cx to have a good play in 6H. |
