化？ 08年估计是$10，不知道那时候是不是比现在贵很多？
我家在考虑要不要把oil heating改成gas heating，所以想听听看你们得gas bill有多
大变化。现在gas肯定比oil便宜，不知道gas涨到$5的话又会怎么样？

CSST code.
Inspector 原话是: "CSST" used for Gas Lines, Gas Line System is not bonded
to electical ground system, recommend bonding for safety to prevent fire.
自己search了一下，
7.13.2 CSST. CSST gas piping systems shall be bonded to the electrical
service grounding electrode system at the point where the gas service enters
the building.The bonding jumper shall not be smaller than 6 AWG copper wire
or
equivalent.

CO detector can't detect gas. The detector used by gas company is about 6k
usd.
Also gas is not that scary. Gas pipe is really low pressure. You can use
some gas pipe glue to seal it. If you can smell the odor from outside of the
front door, that is the explosion level. |

如果以前是gas 的， 强烈建议你换回gas 的，除非你特别害怕gas.
如果以前是电 的， 如果附近有gas 管和排废气口，你可以考虑换gas 的，gas 加热速
度快。但如你用得还行，电费也过得去，没必要折腾，还是换回电的。 |

hence CO will leak out, which is very dangerous. suggest to call gas
company ASAP and put red tag on it for land lord to fix.
For now, before the gas company comes, you can turn off the gas yourself,
the valve is right next to the furnace, normally on the left side, turn to
vertical to close gas.

Brand gas stations claim that they put in additives which may do good to
your car.
The same truck delivers gas to the BP station at exit 15 of I695 and the
Gulf station about a mile east to the BP.

她家的车每辆都跑过200K。。。
老美开车年限都很长，20几岁有的就10几年驾龄了，换车也好几辆了。懂得东西比我们

辆00年的ACCORD到现在OVER 200K了，什么问题都没有，类似的。

in my state. I heard theres like a website let you search for it, but I don
't think anyone would drive 50+ miles to get 93 gas if 91 gas is 500 ft away

like no gas smell and no dangerous related to gas in cooking like poisoning
and exploding, much simpler water heater and air conditioning heater. One
disadvantage is that when power is out, you should still have gas for
cooking. But I have my small gas cooker with gas cans for such emergencies,
so it is not a major problem for me. |

propane的要贵些。我们就买的是这种，也是由于后院有gas接口。dual fuel的grill有
两套接口，我们用的是gas的接口，要再改回propane的接口会很麻烦，估计只能用gas
了。其实用gas很方便，不用担心饭做了一半会没有气了。 |

没想到的是翻了将近6倍。
账单表明是gas的单价由上个月的$0.93涨到$3.1917.
我们住的是公寓，有一个第三方公司管理负责收取gas的费用。在信中提到第三方供gas
的公司的单价在一月份涨价。当然，gas公司和这个中间负责收钱的公司都没有通知我
们关于gas涨价的事情。不知道这种情况是否正常？
大家有碰到这种事情吗？是认了，还是可以打电话到是么地方抱怨一下？

gas stoves are more compatible with Chinese cuisine because they can reach
higher temperature more quickly, i.e., 22000 BTU or even 25000 BTU;
resale value wise, I speculate that gas stove installed houses may have a
higher resale value because they are considered as more trendy and upscale; |

应该买gas还是cordless的string trimmer/edger？
目前想买的是echo srm-225 gas trimmer，HD $199
或者black & decker 20V LRT420 cordless trimmer+edger (2*20V battery), HD $99
我觉得gas的功率大，用起来方便
但是维护麻烦，每次启动麻烦
cordless的功率小，每次充满电，两块电池用不了一个小时(要不要考虑black &
decker 40V LRT160，有2*40V battery)
但是不用维护
另外一点，昨天在HD感觉了一下，gas的比较沉
不知道是不是半个小时胳膊就受不了 ;-) |

听见alarm不停的想，看来鼻子还是够灵敏。可惜gas company只管测不管gas pipe的检
查，把气断了让自己找plumber。幸好屋子还在warranty，builder派人来查也查不出原
因。让gas company回来打开气阀，他们来了打开气阀什么也没干就走了。我问能否再
检查一下，他就说现在查不出什么，等下次闻到了再找他们。现在好糊涂，难道修gas
leak 就这么难？ |

均一个月多一点就要加一次，每次平均要800-900，打算装个fireplace insert，有朋
友装的wood的，基本上不用怎么开空调了。如果是装gas fireplace insert是不是麻烦
很多？因为得走gas管道。另外gas fireplace insert烧gas，应该比直接开空调省吧？

奶粉，同时一直母乳喂养。gas一直有，但宝宝handle还算平静，都是幅度不大的
挣扎几下，然后放出来。。。三天前上了similac recalled 一款奶粉，同时忍不
住尝试了cheesecake催奶，结果孩子这两天被gas害苦了，放屁之前要难受好一阵
子，一直哭闹，肚子鼓鼓的。连吃奶也影响到了，大概是肚子里有气的原因，孩
子明明很饿，给了奶嘴/乳头，却吃几口就拒绝，然后哭着又要吃。不知我说清楚
了没有，就是想吃又不敢多吃。。。
问题来了：
1. 以前能handle milk-based formula的宝宝，会不会突然某天不能handle了？
这种情况是不是只有换用soy-based formula才能解决？
2. 我已经停吃cheesecake两天整了，宝宝这么多gas, 是不是还是那几块cheesecake
的后遗症？
3. gas是不是similac问题奶粉的结果？
4. 等宝宝长大了一点，是不是有gas也不会这么痛苦了？就像成人一样，放出之
前只是稍微肚涨，不像现在 |

我家的GASLINE历程。
立即交了申请表，当时有PROMOTION，只需交$500就可以把GAS LINE接到家。
GAS是在大路上，我家藏在路里面，距离太远，想做可以，另加＄７０００，得我自己
出，＄５００是万万不可能的。
国际能源的担忧，时而晓之以理，时而动之以情，时而抑扬顿挫，时而温文尔雅，时而
沉默不语，时而在沉默中爆发。。。。。。。。三寸不烂之舌说了一个多小时后，快说
烂了，挂断电话，老公儒雅地安慰我说算了，本来房子小用油不多，不能装就不能装呗
。
今年到了，５００元还是没还给我。终于于一月份打通了电话，被告知NATIONAL GRID
重新考虑了我家的情况，认为把GASLINE 接到我家是可行的，也不必多出钱。因为我
家门前的一家是用GAS，它的GAS HEAD 容量不够大，而且一直这个HEAD和LINE有漏气
，在接GASLINE到我家时顺便他们会换整个LINE和HEAD。

今天收到Minnesota Energy Resources的1月份账单，竟然有170+刀，黑我一跳。比上
个月竟然多40多刀。查看bill细则，发现：31天内实际使用173 Hundred Cubic Feet (

The problem is where do they get the 1.5 gallons of gas to drive to CT? Umm

非移，跟环保没个屁关系，很多老百姓赞成。难道不应该批准么
而且gas tax对穷人影响更大，45%的反对gas tax的人里面可能更多的是穷人而不是富
人，这里满大街开tesla的人都希望投批准票，gas tax跟他们屁关系都没有，相反修路
