海尔尤其是美的，在米国还是知名度不够，所以需要这个牌子，而且GE家电还是有很多
专利和技术的。
GE家电只占GE总销售额的很小一部分，不到6%，算不得很大的盘子。
很多中国企业现在租用美国牌子，要付高额挂名费，还不如彻底买下来。知道电视牌子
RCA，Westinghouse什么的吧，其实完全就是TCL等中国的电视产品，租个美国牌子，给
人家牌子使用费。

郑小清博士1990年毕业于西北工业大学，之后进入中科院工程热物理所博士后流动站，
从事叶轮机械计算流体动力学(CFD)方面的工作。先后在加州大学、科罗拉多大学继续
内外流分析计算。1999年进入工业界，在Eaton主持开发了多项航空发动机密封技术。
针对航空发动机特点，在端面气膜无接触密封，径向气膜无接触密封的制造与设计方面
有所突破，从而将这些技术可靠地应用到航空发动的主轴密封，与其他辅助系统的油气
密封之中。这方面的两篇论文被美国能源部引用，作为美国“先进燃气轮机封严
与密封控制的战略方案”。2008年加盟GE，转做地面发动机的密封。在大型联合
循环机组中的汽轮机密封颇有建树。于2011年获GE能源年度制造工程师奖。2012年入选
国家“千人计划”，2015年晋升为密封专业总师。拥有专利二十八项、发表

直就是扯蛋。
假设ge哥用最大的4k照片，大约最大8MB左右的文件大小，通常照片比这个小的多。不
信你们看自己的照片。要用图像加密的话，最多可以用最低2个比特，用多了图像就失
真了。如果原图像是16比特，那么他能用来传输技术文件的大小是
8x2/16 =1MB。
请问这么一点size的文件，能有个屁。一个PDF空文件也有这么大的size。
因此从技术角度看，ge哥肯定是被诬陷了。
而板上无脑老将，媒体说什么就信什么，可谓真的傻缺。连川普都说 fake news,老将
居然见风就是雨。

ge面试没有特别,五轮技术面试,一轮hr面试,今天hr没空,所以没有hr面试,中间吃饭前
给了talk,一个小时不到,所有面试问题都和resume上写的东西有关,面试官 都很nice,
当然有的人热情,有的人公事公办,取决每个人的个性.可是感觉最后能不能得到offer还
是一半一半
几点注意:
1.面试前没必要看很fancy的东西,注意把自己简历上的内容搞熟
2.平时多参加些各种semina,扩大知识面,其实中国学生读到phd搞定面试的问题应该没
问题,今天我say no的问题都是对方想聊聊我研究以外的topic,而我一无所知的,当然对
我来说无可厚非,可是要是其他candidate知识面更广,他们喜欢其他人也是很自然的事情
3.像ge这样的公司很多名词有自己的专用称呼,去面试前稍微了解一些对面试很有帮助,
至少对话可以smooth很多

1. 名校PhD，presentation做的很好，但是栽在non-technical (behavior) 。GE非常
强调GE Value，说白了就是要表现出team work, humble，可惜在小组面试的时候，让
大多数面试官感觉出aggressive，尤其让HM觉得有点不可一世。我们面试的时候有意出
了一些困难的问题，只想得到一些humble的答案，例如，"sorry, I am not familiar
with xxx, I may need some time to catch up"。我们不指望fresh grad知道所有问
题的答案。可惜这个candidate，好几次打断问题，试图用自己的想法去解决。你们说
GRC NB轰轰也好，whatever，如果让你们和非常aggressive的人一起共事，我想你们也
不会愿意吧。此人我投了need further discussion票。
