市府人权局估计，纽约市的变性人口约为2万5000人，而市人权局近日在网上公布的这
31类变性人，全部受反歧视法保护。市人权局并说，这31类变性人的种类并不齐全 (
not exhaustive)，言下之意，可能还有更多的变性人种类，纽约市府没有包括进去。
的确没错，脸书的新会员登记时的性别选择，多达50类。
市人权局并宣布对变性人的称呼，「they(台)」不再是英语普通话中的复数「他们」，

到底是不是危害性别认知，你至少得知道儿童的性别意识形成是几岁。

什么想随便进哪个厕所就可以随便进? 这根本不是法条的原始内容。
而是凭借gender identity。identity形成以后就不会再改变。
这个学生的gender identity到底是什么，也有专家说法，哪里是凭自己意愿？
岂能容你今天男明天女后天再变回男？这根本不可能的事情！

请问，prop8里面定义了man和woman了吗？
14个字里面没有写，是不是就可以自定义man和woman？

而不要瞎说gender identity是个自己任意定义的东西。
其实gender identity确实基于本人自我身份认同。
但是一群人故意曲解，把一个6岁以后不会改变的自我认同。
曲解成，想怎么样就怎么样，随便爱怎么定义就怎么定义。
一群人整天标榜自己是家长，
如果真是认真负责的家长，就去问一下任何一个儿童心理学家，

我为什么支持这个法条，就是因为现实生活中学校就是这么做的。
加上了当然更严密，不加其实也没有空子可钻。
因为这个法条并没有赋予学校擅自改动学生gender identity的权力，
也没有免除学校误判改错学生gender identity带来的责任。
改gender identity这么大的事情，学校不可能不慎重征求监护人和专家意见。
即使有学生耍坏心眼要求乱改，学校也不可能就随便听信学生。
如果随便听信了就改，家长事后知道怪罪起来，学校根本负担不起这个责任。
家长告学校的理由很充足：
这个孩子gender identity明明不是这个（举出专家意见），你凭什么乱改？
当然，如果放心不下，可以争取加上补充条款，
我觉得，最好的解决方法，不是整体反对该法条，而是提出提案进行补充。
这个法条已经被州长签过生效了，要整体反掉，难度很大。可行性不高。
而加上补充，难度小得多，更加可行。AB1266本身就是补充嘛。
这个补充条款，不但可以得到多数家长的支持，
变性人社群也会支持你们的提案。我也会支持。 |

有谁想得到，人口850万的纽约市中，有至少31类的变性人(transgender)？
市府人权局估计，纽约市的变性人口约为2万5000人，而市人权局近日在网上公布的这
31类变性人，全部受反歧视法保护。市人权局并说，这31类变性人的种类并不齐全 (
not exhaustive)，言下之意，可能还有更多的变性人种类，纽约市府没有包括进去。
的确没错，脸书的新会员登记时的性别选择，多达50类。
市人权局并宣布对变性人的称呼，「they(台)」不再是英语普通话中的复数「他们」，
而是单数的变性人通称。例如，「台与我去看电影(They and I went to the movies)
」。如果纽约市的商家不尊敬变性人对他们性别的选择，市府将重罚，最高罚金25万美

只要parse出来Target (id, gender, age) 和condition (gender='male').
就和Data的第一行比较，拿到index, 然后顺序scanData二维数组，

you can use Cochran-Armitage trend test in PROC FREQ.
Or you can use Score Statistics from PROC LOGISTIC, which is the same as a 2-sided trend test.I treat Gender as response variable because I read the original post as ppl are given 4 different treatments which are MM of 4 different height categories and vote for their favorite.
