can induce mutations. For instance, all the artificial chemicals in the air
and water that were there 10k years ago. Also the advance of modern
medicine significantly increases the life spans of those individuals with
genetic deficiencies (that's talking about pretty much all of us 8-) ). So
they tend to stay longer in the gene pool, and contribute to the combination
game. |

，但州议会并未进行讨论与表决。根据法律规定，未讨论的法案在第二年的普选时交由
选民公投，也就是今年的 11/5。如果通过，将在 7/1/2015 实施。
法案要求所有经过基因改造的食品，或者含有基因改造成分的食品，都必须明确标示。

。这几天看了一些关于残疾孩子和流产的帖子，我忍不住想说几句我自己的经历，也算
是一种倾诉吧。
我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器

（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量，已经证实对人类健康，特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎
