跟以前一样，全是个人想法。因为最近管理课的内容兴起了IQ跟EQ的讨论热，本人也就
即兴总结下对EQ和IQ的一些愚见。
平时我们习惯用“哇，真是高智商！”或者“没办法，智商低”等phrases来赞扬，或
鄙视一个人的智力水平，貌似智商就等同于智力。智商涵盖的是数理逻辑，主要集中于
对科学的理解力，计算能力，记忆以及逻辑力等。智商高的人，我们当然可以说他聪明
，因为他在上述方面达到了很高的水平。这些人会在科学领域出类拔萃。
但此时，如果我们发现这样一种情况，就是一个智商很高的人，完全无法通过表情变化
洞察听他说话人的情绪变化，持续吹捧自己的学科成就，贬低他人智商。当有人暗示他
稍作收敛，仍毫无知觉，口沫腾飞，那么此时，即使此人智商再高，周围还会有人说他
很聪明么？ 至少如果是我的话，我的脑子里会出现愚胬无知，反映迟钝来形容此人。
这种涉及到对情感，情绪的敏感及洞察能力的智力因素并不在智商的管辖范围之内。它
属于情商，这种往往容易被人忽略的，却又对成功起到至关重要作用的智力因素，在大

跟genius一块混，争取混诺贝尔奖做总统参议员，如果，你的小孩是smart，那就跟
smart一起混，不要和genius混，争取做个律师医生就行了，如果你的小孩是mediocre
，那就不要跟smart和genius混，争取能有份decent工作就好了，如果你的小孩是个笨
娃，那目标就定在能较好地自食其力。换个级别混，会很惨。做鸡头不要做凤尾。
勤奋是必要的，但不是充分的，天资也很重要。美国是个阶级划分很清楚的社会，大多
数人凭本事吃饭，（拼爹的有没有，当然有，问题是你有么？瓜娇即便门门不及格照样

当时我在上海新天地（黄陂南路附近）等人，结果朋友有事，需要晚到，我就跑到附近
的苹果专卖店去上网（官方的）
在上网的过程中，听到中国店的apple genius和顾客的如下对话
一个女的，估计是个白领，想买一台imac，但是又不太适应mac的操作系统，而且好像
她工作中要用到的一些软件也没有mac版，所以就问apple genius可否安装windows
apple genius就以及其不屑的口吻说可以，但是还是建议女白领尝试使用mac操作系统
然后，那个女的又问，安装windows的话，apple店是否提供相关服务，如果不能，自己
从朋友那里刻盘可否安装
接下来apple genius说：我们的机器属于高档商品，您买这么高档的机器回家，装个
windows，不是贬低我们机器的身价吗
我当时就站在他们旁边的一台机器上上网，听到这话，差点没把我笑喷出来
可见，不光是用户，就连apple的小二都有种高人一等的感觉，就好像国内卖名牌包包

发帖数: 2901 | 25 前天晚上打翻了半杯橙汁在macbook键盘上，当场就立刻强制关机，然后把键盘向下处
理掉能漏出来的水，用电吹风的冷风吹了大概10分钟，之后就一直按键盘向下的姿势摆
放着，放了30小时左右直到昨天晚上睡觉前，我就想打开试一试。。。
打开之后，起初15分钟运行ok，突然就不反应了，而且开始嘟嘟嘟的响，然后我就立刻
强制关机了。。很后悔开那一下，后来上网查发现很多人都建议要放在那边晾干3天到1
个礼拜的
今天刚刚用修眼镜的screwdriver打开了后盖，发现后盖上有果汁痕迹，电池上有一点
痕迹，果汁应该是从主板和电池的缝隙中流下去的，所以主板上靠近电池的地方摸起来
也是黏黏的，包括内存条上。
网上搜了搜发现：
1、apple care是不管进水问题的
2、apple store genius bar的人貌似有给one-time exception的权力，即包括这种人
为过失造成的进水损坏，他们也可以给免费修，甚至replacement。我打算预约周一的
Genius Bar了，不知道新泽西和费城一带哪一家最有可能获得one time exception

that he's capable of making a much bigger "dent" in the universe than Jobs.
That said, you overlooked a few things in your analysis.
1) Genius can have faults, sometimes even fatal faults. Even Jobs was far
from perfect in his first run at Apple - he was a loose cannon and
eventually got fired by the very company he founded.
2) Even genius can be logically inconsistent. Most semi-capable/logical CEO
