我没说教育体制，那是定死了的东西。。。就说人为的教育文化这个层面的理念。
美国其实没有那么多聪明孩子，大部分都笨头笨脑的（你们亲眼看到的笨孩子，是真实
存在的，不是错觉），中国孩子其实也差不多，大部分也是中庸类，人类都这样，哪个
领域都符合正态分布。。peak值，永远是极少数的金字塔顶端的。
但美国为啥依然军事强大，是因为他们采用的是1：9结构，一个genius领着一群笨蛋朝
着正确的方向前进，笨蛋们也不需要有多高的智商，只要follow这个genius足以。
比如盖茨成立的微软帝国，他手下的员工们就是他眼里的followers，智商再高也没用
，依然是follow他的经营思路，做一个任劳任怨的螺丝钉。
一个国家的发展方向，要比培养8亿多精英重要的多，文革浩劫你们看到了吧，方向反
了，所以就算全中国的孩子个个都是精英也没用。
美国人自然懂得这个道理，所以到了研究生部的时候，大批的从国外招生优秀的种子，
廉价劳动力，却释放出最精华的学术成果。。。性价比非常划算。

对，这是不够的，除了“天天”违背了及时原则以外，长期重复单调的赞“美女”没有半点用处，这个赞美就象哈气一样，不痛不痒，无色无味。马屁这个东西，越到relationship的中后期越要拍得精当，要不拍则已，一拍就拍到点子上，所以需要的技术就越高。
那么，这个“点子”在哪里呢？
很遗憾的说，人跟人不一样，这个点也很可能不同，也许需要你慢慢观察了解。比如我有个朋友，就是个基因论者，她明明天天吃两片菜叶子跑10K来减肥，她要告诉人家自己天生就想胖也胖不起来，这种人你就得凡事往基因里赞，要confirm她老人家的基因是unique & superior的。拍这种人的马屁很烦人的，但是想想她无非也就是想满足一下小小的虚荣心，其实也没啥，大家都开心，有啥不好，实在不喜欢，也不是非要拍她的马屁不可，但是千万别拍到马腿上 说什么＂你减肥好有毅力哦＂。
好在大部分人都是比较正常的，比较有章可循。

，而且又不太用担心病毒的问题，所以就从pc转到了Mac。买来后因为之前的本本还能
用，而且平时在实验室都是用实验室的电脑，所以Mac用的比较少，而且也就是上上网
啊，用用office。今年2月底的时候忽然出现持续freezing的问题，而且一开机就
freeze。重启也不管用。我打电话给technical support他们说可能是hard drive问题
。3月初我把机器拿到store的genius bar去，先是检测了硬盘，结果说没有问题。然后
genius bar的那个genius说你要重装系统就可以了，在我的要求下他帮我on site重装
系统，结果还是不行。最后没办法只能check in拿回厂检查。后来给我换了一个hard
drive。其实我是让他们全面检查一下，因为ON SITE检测硬盘没问题啊，也不知道为什
么后来还是只换了一个硬盘。
问题貌似是解决了。4月份的时候又有freeze一两次的情况，但是重启后就好了。我也

在我妈的眼里，我曾是个＂问题孩子＂，一天到晚傻乎乎的，＂一说吃就来劲，一说学
习就打蔫儿＂。那会儿，我体重120公斤，白白胖胖，像头大象，自己也感觉好事没我
的份儿，虽说整天也在傻笑着，其实心里挺自卑。

他现在这种模式，当时很多人都想到了并且大举烧钱。我因为工作原因，90年代末00年
代初跟国内很多电子商务公司打过交道，很多都是美资投进来的，一时之盛，那时根本
没听说马云的名字。那些美资网站现在还在的，好像只有搜房网。
所以问题是，当时国内很多电子商务网站都倒闭了，随之来的是互联网严冬，
但唯有马云坚持下来了，他第一家公司倒闭后，他只在床上躺了三个小时，然后决定从
新开始。
他是亲自扫楼的，就是去写字楼挨家挨户推销。当年他还完全没有名气的时候央视就拍
了一个他的访谈片，当时是把他当个北漂一样的送水工屌丝来记录的，写他如何去敲陌

对想不到他会取得后来的成就。

金融硕士课程！而且还破纪录成为史上最年轻考进这课程的学生。”他站在学校的著名
