有了一些启发，不由得想起了张纯如。她九年前得十一月九号去世，终年只
有三十六岁。
回想起来，在美国的这么多年，最佩服的就是她了。虽然近年来，她的名气
冷淡下去，在湾区的华人圈里也少有人记得。但说起对美国华人的贡献，为华
人的付出，我觉得张纯如的作为远远超过了那些华裔政客，超过了大家熟知
的华裔的富豪们，甚至也超过了成龙李安这样的影视巨星。
在近现代的中国人里，张纯如算是个异数。以前好像有个文化人说过，汉人
刚猛，唐人豪放，宋人柔和，明人放诞， 只有明朝之后的中国人不好形容。
岂止是个性不好形容，四百年来中国人的社会道德也是变得非常的暧昧。在
一个推崇“多一事不如少一事”，“闷声发大财”的人群里，张纯如那样嫉恶

美国既然自己已经签署了这个决议法案，就是已经认可它成为了美国自己的法律，因为
所有美国签署的国际条约都是美国法律。

不是free speech,而是一个罪行。
那如果美国现在要推翻我们这个案子说这是言论自由的话，岂不是与自己承认的国际条

合国大会在2011年已经通过关于言论自由决议，以下几种言论不属于freedom of
speech/expression：
Exceptional types of expression that States are required to prohibit under
international law
1. Child pornography
2. Direct and public incitement to commit genocide

等等。
这个决议美国可没有保留条件不承认这条煽动种族屠杀的例外。既然自己承认了，就不
能现在又反言。如果对此有不同意见，那该去联合国理论。而我们就已经有了此案的法
律依据。

一首在海外华人当中引起轰动的英文诗：你们究竟还要不要中国人活？
以下这首英文詩，相傳是出於紐約州立大學水牛城分校榮譽退休
物理學教授 Duo-Liang Lin 的手筆。這位华裔
學者表達的是整個中華民族的百年憤慨 ───过去中国人由于民穷國弱倍受列强
欺凌，如今好不容易经济起飞却
又倍受西方的打压敵視。中國人究竟做了什么？为甚麼无论怎么做都不對？你們西方人
究竟想不让中国人生存？
究竟希望我們怎樣生存？
這首詩近期在海外华網熱傳，原因是它反映了华裔在海外
被白种人种族主义打压的生態，抒發了海外華裔長
期以來遭受的集體壓抑。
该詩原文以英文撰寫，曾经在《華盛頓郵報》刊登，是海外华人回击西
方主流社会雙重標準打压以及西方种族
偏見的一箭。

音樂），和美國的馬丁路德金（曾被美國右派斥責掀動種族衝突）。
尤其是美國的馬丁路德金，當初在美國是毀（右派）譽（其他人）參半，現在卻是公認
的英雄。我想劉曉波的足跡大概也會如此吧。

柬的大约2万名越南侨民几乎被斩尽杀绝，这是1978年越南大举入侵的最直接的理由。
柬埔寨的华人在1975年红色高棉上台之初大约有60万，而在1979年暴政结束时只剩下了
30万。
朗诺政变之初，中国大使馆曾通知华侨干部去“解放区”参加柬埔寨革命，组织关系留
待中柬两党日后协商解决。一千多侨干和男女青年慷慨激昂奔向“解放区”，加入柬人
民抗美斗争。
实际上柬共并不欢迎这些华侨干部，因此北京方面决定并宣布，中国共产党和柬埔寨共
产党已经取得协议，决定将柬埔寨华运组织的全体成员移交给柬方，“中共已经把你们
全交给我们了!”而红色高棉掌握政权后立即开始宣传，“华侨都是资产阶级，有史以
来都是吸柬埔寨人血的。
贡布、波萝勉、柴桢、磅湛等省还发生过逮捕从城市来的华人或生长在农村的侨胞及华
侨教师的“红色恐怖”，许多人被处以死刑或苦刑。早在1974年4月28日就曾发生过著
名的“桔井事件”：大批从前线回来的红色高棉战士开进桔井市中心，把轻重机枪摆在

中共成立90年了，90年来，这个人类历史最残忍、最专制、最老牌的政党，给中国人带
来深重的灾难。但有人说，中国经济改革了，现在人们比以前富有了，强调是共产党的
功劳。但是，中国如果没有共产党的统治，中国人早就会比现在富有，而且更会享受到
民主和自由。英国前首相撒切尔夫人早就说过，中国人天生有做生意的细胞。看看同样
中国文化背景的台湾，那里没有共产党的领导，不仅早就富有，更有了民主选举，人民
不再是政治奴隶。更不要说结束了共产党统治的东欧国家和原苏联，都是历史的证据。

GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS 2001，如果翻译成中文就是《2001吉尼斯世界纪录大全》，
