政府）；且不说共产运动中是否会产生异数，中共是否有这种愿望和能力，仅以它建党
以来，尤其是在中国建政之后，以政权的力量使八千万人非正常死亡这一事实，中共就
绝对没有资格继续执政，而应接受历史的审判。
我不是研究中共党史的专家，也不是研究共产运动造成大众死亡的学者。只是作为中共

What China did in Tibet is no doubt a "culture genocide", just like what the
US is doing now in Afghan. It really doesn't matter whether or not it is "a
theocracy combined with brutal slavery"; it's their culture and their
choice, and, if you want to change it from outside, it is a "culture
genocide".
Now, back to your point of "western media biased coverage". I don't really
understand the "bias" part. If the "bias" means the western media is biased

最近一直挺忙的，也没什么时间上网。看到大家抗议ABC的游行组织的很不错，
有了一些启发，不由得想起了张纯如。她九年前得十一月九号去世，终年只
有三十六岁。
回想起来，在美国的这么多年，最佩服的就是她了。虽然近年来，她的名气
冷淡下去，在湾区的华人圈里也少有人记得。但说起对美国华人的贡献，为华
人的付出，我觉得张纯如的作为远远超过了那些华裔政客，超过了大家熟知
的华裔的富豪们，甚至也超过了成龙李安这样的影视巨星。
在近现代的中国人里，张纯如算是个异数。以前好像有个文化人说过，汉人
刚猛，唐人豪放，宋人柔和，明人放诞， 只有明朝之后的中国人不好形容。
岂止是个性不好形容，四百年来中国人的社会道德也是变得非常的暧昧。在
一个推崇“多一事不如少一事”，“闷声发大财”的人群里，张纯如那样嫉恶

abuse"的思路。不管是说这个话的孩子，还是电视前的小观众，因为被暴露在这种言
论下，实际上心灵已经有了创伤。有人说我们是跟这个六岁孩子过不去，但其实并非如
此。
我还没想好从这个角度怎么写这封信。另一个网友有些ideas, 说可以随便拿去用。我
先写出来，希望这里的能人可以把它们转化成信的模板。这样一来，任何关心儿童身心
健康发展，反对child abuse的人，都可以用这个模板。

首先说实话，这些公司管PR的人目前还未必了解这件事情，觉得最好先在开头把事实说
一遍。I am writing to bring to your attention an incidence of racially
motivated hote speech on the ABC Network's Jimmy Kimmel Live! show, which
your company is sponsoring. 然后把事情说一遍，重要的不是小孩子的话，而是
Kimmel的话，尤其是那句should we allow the Chinese to live?
不要纠结小孩子的话是否scripted。
另外不要说no matter which side you are on the issue和we are not asking you

我修改的地方主要是，毕竟我女儿还只是在上幼儿园，不可能象rangrang说的上大学的
女儿会受到有生命危险的伤害。另外我也觉得，你过分强调孩子有受伤害的危险，就是
批评人家学校/幼儿园的工作，在没有确切的凭据下如此说欠妥。
我修改后的主要意思是，因为最近这么一个事件我有些concern。我觉得种族平等的教
育要从小就抓起。我想知道你们校方在这方面是如何做的，如果有需要家长配合的地方
，我们可以面谈。可以多找些中国家长一起签名。
我这样做的目的有两个。
第一， 学校能搞一次种族平等，尤其是中国文化的教育，那是再好不过。
第二，就算只是一次中国家长和校长面谈的机会，那也是告诉人家：我们中国人在种族
歧视上这根弦那是绷得很紧的，一旦有任何风吹草动我们也会跳脚。这样如果以后出现
针对中国孩子的bully事件，相信校方也会更重视更公正。

discrimination) 及煽动性。
FCC在接到观众投诉后会进行调查，比如 2004年的 Janet Jackson Wardrobe
Malfunction 导致了50万件投诉。如果调查结果认为违规，FCC会处以罚款。
