职位technical support／account manager 需要和美国的客户联系，意味着晚上经常
加班到12点。
公司大概在 南京市孝陵卫， 房价不知大概什么范围，那个大虾指点一下。
尝试了半年美国公司的位置，没什么回应。
不知这样低的薪水，值得回吗？ |

习学一下 outsourcing 各个方面的东西。有了经验后，或被提拔，或跳槽，或自己干

刚毕业参加工作的人，职业规划更重要，你对你的薪水忐忑不安的时候，多半自身还不是值钱的时候。所以好的职业规划帮助你将来值更多的钱：）
刚毕业的人，薪水多依岗位而定，但毕业几年以后再换工作，薪水多依人而定，所以更应该考虑的这个行业，公司，地点，位置，对你职业规划的贡献。 |

industry for personal career development. Is the switch from non-bench work
to sales a good idea?
At present, there are too many uncertainties for CRO. Genescript was doing
great and have secured the fund for next few years. But business is talking
about market. However, CRO market is not looking good in next few years
for many reason |
