原比如KLH一起。
具体的公司我就不推荐了，因为我不熟悉，不想误了你的事。你多打几个电话问问吧。
Genscript不太推荐，曾经误了我的事，浪费了半年的时间。到现在都不从他们那里买
东西。 |

发帖数: 28562 | 7 最近我用的是Genscript 的precast gradient gel. 质量还不错。而且关键是只需要4
块钱一片，比大部分公司便宜了一倍。你不妨和你老板说说，让他买这个。
唯一要注意的是。他们的胶虽然直接可以放在Biorad 的tank 里，但是必须用SDS-MOPS
buffer跑 （和invitrogen 的类似）。要放在invitrogen的tank 里也行，但是要加一
个adapter. |

当然,这几年好些个同胞开的CRO,什么GenScript Genewiz BGI,就是这边接活回国做的
那种.
工资福利都很一般,不过也算是不在实验室做了. |

以前在IDT,刚刚看到GeneArt价格也不错。在IDT合成的时候，时不时的会有突变，而且
也不给测序报告，需要AT克隆然后自己测。当然genscript的不错，但是价格也高啊。 |

发帖数: 324 | 22 Sanger sequencing：现在用的Eurofins。太奇葩了。
出现了好几次，收到的sequencing results(high quality results!)跟我们送去的
sample完全irrelevant。要求
重新sequence之后，终于得到了我们想要的结果。
这一次更好笑了。又是出现这样的情况，我们发信说，是不是你们把我们的sample或者
我们的数据跟别人的混了。一个老印女的Technician胡搅蛮缠，要命不承认。那好吧，
重新测序。Guess what：这次发给我们的序列跟第一次测的序列完全一样，1000多个bp
连里面出现的“N"都丝毫不差，就连任何一个碱基的chromotograph都是一模一样的，
而且是整个order里面大概10个samples都是这样的！我们又发信问，是不是你们这次直
接把上次的数据改了一下日期发给我们了一份? 老印还在狡辩，说绝无可能，并且把两
次sequencing的时间发给我们。我真是太无语了。
这个公司倒是挺便宜，$5/sample, 还有免费的shipping label。看来真是便宜无好货
啊。
