上周末听说新唐人电视台在歌剧厅举办新年晚会，我们曾毫不怀疑能够估摸出晚会
大概的样子。在我们小的时候，父母总是拽我们去参加中国文化的各种活动，甚至我们
还会参与一些表演。中国的杂技演员顶着瓷碗向后弯腰及地。至于琵琶和古琴弹奏，我
们都见识过。还有浓饰重彩的京剧演员甩着长袖，扮演猴子的武生上窜下跳满场翻飞，
以及那伴着锣鼓家伙的嘈杂声。这些艺术都有五百年的历史了。
不过我们这里看到的却是：在电脑动画背景下，一位天使降临人间来拯救“被共产
党迫害”的法轮功练习者，还伴随着“法轮功就是好”的歌曲。
是的，我们得承认：这是我们从来没有看过的。
在降临之后，整台晚会似乎就和法轮功毫无联系，但又可以说息息相关，似乎它贯
穿了整个中国5000年的文明历史，外加多彩的画面。
新唐人电视台的这场晚会已经是第四届了，在全世界近30个城市巡演，和我们参加

库，和车库里的storage unit的。我们把一些平时不用的东西都放到这个unit里面了。
从夏天大概8月份起就有段时间没有去过这个unit，大概9月底，10月的时候准备去里面
拿东西，结果发现打不开了。我们就去找leasing office，我们猜想是不是因为我们邻
居搬走了，他们就把unit换了锁，但是换错了unit。结果10月底他们给我们写email要
去谈一下，谈的结果就是他们说他们的确开错了unit，而且把里面的东西当作我们邻居
留下的垃圾全都扔掉了，要我们列个物品清单，他们赔偿。我们列出来之后，估价6600
多刀。他们回应说怎么可能仓库放那么多东西，还说他们的mover说没有我们说的大部
分东西，我们的东西可能是在他们开仓库之前就被偷了。还说大部分我们列的东西都是
我lg的，而我lg不在lease上，所以理论上他们不用负责任何事，但是出于gesture可以
给我们”something“，这个“something”就是免我们下个月的房租，大概1600多，不
然就走法律程序。

我孩子不到三岁，15个月因为发育滞后开始接受EI治疗，18个月时EI机构严重怀疑自闭
，排队几个月后21个月在美国top5的权威儿童医院拿到经典自闭的诊断之后一直接受强
度很大的各种训练。。我不常来逛这个坛子，因为我家孩子让我担心的地方，和这里家
长们通常讨论的东西，根本搭不上边。。大家在讨论怎么推娃，上什么兴趣班的时候，
我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的
猜测，非常震惊。当然，也同时看到很多general ed， gifted ed的家长们的同情和爱

做为一个自闭小孩的家长我想分享一下我半年多来研究和观察成果。我见到很多询问孩
子是否有自闭倾向的帖子，但是在我看来都没有讲到关键的地方。也看过网上所谓的检
验标准，觉得非常模棱两可，我女儿已经确诊都不见得能从这种测试中确认自闭。我相
信我的方法对于除了非常high function 的自闭应该比较准确，而且也容易操作，比较
容易由父母来观察得出初步结论。
我在澳大利亚，所以自闭症检验体系跟北美会稍稍不同。我女儿在2011年中确诊ASD,
autism spectrum disorder。当时她快4岁半。儿科医生给的诊断，好像不是所有儿科
医生都有资格做这个诊断，不太确定。按照她的报告，自闭分为完全自闭autism区和程
度比较轻的ASD 区，女儿在ASD 区的靠近完全自闭一边。不过我自己觉得她在ASD 比较

发帖数: 58873 | 44 昨天下班路上在Kmart买的4g+kinect的bundle(听了爽哥的建议)，货源看起来很充足的
样子，返40块钱的coupon，可以用来买游戏。
回家后吃过饭，开盒破处，做工还可以，跟神鸡稍微差一点，但是比我想象的好。机器
和kinect都挺好看，比想象中的小。连接什么的都很容易，idiot-proof。惊觉xb巨大
的手柄加上电池以后好比砖头，摇杆手感很差，trigger手感很好，现在理解了为啥射
击的喜欢360。奸商们都不给hdmi，好在我家hdmi有备用，但是发现光纤音频线没了，
只能先委屈一下神鸡了。
书归正传，选择kinect,开始下载软件和更新，装好以后开始calibrate，过程不是很长
，设置体感，音响，麦克风。家里有老人，所以选择了繁体中文（没有简体？）kinect
对地方的要求还是比较高的，一个人还好，但是两个人一起玩，对场地纵深的最小要求
基本加倍。我把沙发往后推，电视往前推，基本够用了，茶几咖啡桌什么的统统要请到
一边去。
bundle自带的游戏是adventure，preview大家估计都见得多了，主要试玩了打砖块，赌

后来看到有人说现在win8有gesture了，就去试了一下，发现升级后的developer
preview
还是没有，而且app store依然进不去
但是consumer preview就没问题了，app store里也有几十个全部免费试用的apps
配合屏幕左右区域的gesture操作切换
感觉win8还是潜力很大的，特别是多任务做得很好
建议本版有x220t的可以装来玩玩，不过要分20G硬盘 |
