记得在武大读书时和同学们一说
总是也有点瞧不起华工的样子
无论是找点什么样的理由吧
但说白了我不得不承认是一种嫉妒——嫉妒华工的名气逐日上升
同时也在哀叹自己的武大，自刘校长归隐后，在也不是当年声名煊赫的那所国立大学
并且也和自己的同学一起痛骂种种不争气的官僚
但是我将永远深爱我的武大，因为她是我的母校
不管她是否依旧辉煌
华工的同学
我想也是人同此心心同此理
毕业工作了
同宿舍有个华工的哥们
90生物医学的很谈的来
当然也少不了武大华工两所学校一番评短论长
但较之在学校里的小弟弟小妹妹们
便少了一番无所谓乃至无聊的彼此讦谫
毕竟自己已是挂过来人，
自己母校的种种令人痛心的官僚们和不学无术的学阀们和那些一混四年的可怜的同学们
都使我们感到羞愧和愤恨
毕竟，无论华工也好武大也好，除了在湖北一带，其他地方的人很少会说这两所学校
如何如何
——这难道不是我们共同的悲哀么
即使彼此的指责和无聊的漫骂又能给自己母校带来什么 |

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

来到波士顿著名的自由小径（Freedom Trail），从头到尾走了整整一天，好好学习了
一下美国独立战争时期的历史。美国的独立是一群有钱商人不满英国人的苛捐杂税，从
而揭竿而起，和我国历史上众多的农民起义不可同日而语。在签署独立宣言的那几十个
人里，有几个人就埋葬在波士顿市中心的一块墓地，比如Samuel Adams。奇怪的是，不
过短短二百来年，有些人的埋葬地点已经不可考了，比如当时的议会长John Hancock，
所以他们只好猜测着在Granary Burying Ground某处安放了一座纪念碑。这块墓地里埋
葬的名人还有很多，包括英军入侵时，从波士顿骑马去宾州给Samuel Adams和John
Hancock等人报信的信使Paul Revere。
