I'm always on the lookout for deals on ID Glide. IMHO, there's no better
water-based lube out there. It doesn't gum-up like the majority of the
others, and keeps a nice viscosity for a LONG time.
As with anything water-based, the moisture will eventually evaporate. The
difference is that ID Glide won't get all gummy (and a little bit of saliva
always goes a long way).

发帖数: 1868 | 13 今天继续练Superman Glide.已开始还和前天一样，到不了10Yard。腿总是沉。后来想
了想，自己嘴里老是憋了一口气，上身肯定浮力更大。要是把这口气咽到肚子里，那不
就是身体的中间浮力更大？！ 于是试着深吸一口气，然后咽下去，腹部鼓起来了。本
来的大肚子，就跟大了。一蹬边，腿还真浮的比以前时间长了。可以超过10yard了。
后来又试着水下出发，发现走得更远了。再后来水下出发，保持Streamline而不是两手
平伸像Shinji那样，就更远了。可以划到池子中线了。12.5Yard不是梦啊！两天就搞定
了。
想一想如果再加上几下Dophin Kick， 那不是应该很轻松15秒/25Yard吗？得买个Finis
的Monofin来练练Dophin Kick了。 |

还可以使使压低胸，设想所有的身体重量东在胸部。
腰背要紧这样把腿提高，并且把腿的重量迁移到胸部。
手臂可以低于水面。
总之，想着前面要“低”，后面“高”，中间紧，容易达到水平。
我特懒，Superman Glide, 是TI我最喜欢的Drill之一。练好了，一个蹬壁+superman,
到中间，
比旁边的卖力游的人快半个人。 |

。我陪他去墨西哥，yosemite去玩hand-gliding 和攀崖。 我实在受不了一个又一个
hand-gliding出事故后葬礼的电子邮件. 我家猪头办公室旁边的一个单身帅哥也hand-
gliding出了事故去了。
有一次在milpitas的山上风非常大。我和另一个美国女孩使劲拉住要起飞的伞，那个美
国女孩嘱咐我怎么做，不然那个要起飞的男孩会被风卷去。我和这个美国女孩帮了一个
又一个起飞。
我怀孕后，跟我家猪头说：“我不希望我的孩子以后没有爸爸，所有这些危险运动要取
消。” 我家猪头就把他的hand-gliding捐了。 彻底跟这种运动告别了。
有老婆有孩子的，还是不要玩这些了。孩子要爸爸陪着长大的。 |

发帖数: 978 | 25 有个Y的教练跟我说，我唯一用的2划换气（二环）最不好。4划换气（四环）比二环好
，3划换气（三环）比四环好。她没细说所以然。俺要练的其它东西太多，也放在脑后
。俺其实没有明白其中的根本。看了D导和大家的评语和D导选定的自己的照片，好像有
点明白。抛砖引玉，大家讨论一下，把这搞明白。
现在回想，二环，左右动作截然不同，会导致我这样的恶果。左手总是在换气时划水=
有更多时间+更充足，甚至是过度的转体做后盾。而且是自然的转体和时间，因为要满
足换气。
换气时，时间多，转体多，间接导致 非换气测，时间少，转体少。可怜的右手总在憋
气时，转体不足下，时间少的情况下马虎划水。周而复始=动作烂。
1. 没时间+还要TI GLIDE = 更没时间抱水，没时间VF。
2. 最关键的就是没有足够的转体做后盾。没有转体=没有背阔肌。NO VF +没有背阔肌=
动力小不走水。D导火眼金睛，我上第一个视频就指出这问题，而且在没有水下视频时
就猜到了病根。

他们的意思是一只手臂平伸，看起来象glide，但是另外一个手臂在做动作。
即使长距离，glide也不划算。怎么用最小体力消耗控制划水的节奏，并保持速度均匀
需要用心研究。胳膊拉水、推水、出水、再入水的这一圈，你可以自己在地上做，拍下
来，然后电脑上慢放仔细观察。对游长距离的人来说，这一圈只能有一次放慢和一次加
速，并且在推水的时候速度最快。
一次加速一次放慢基本做到了，接下来是加速的过程要均匀，不然时间长了肩关节受不
了。
比赛里游3800米，你训练的时候肯定经常要连续游比这个更长的距离。三项也许不强调
平时游泳练习要有足够的体能储备，因为你们的冲刺阶段不在游泳。所以也许只要训练
的时候比3800米略长就可以？这个我不懂。如果是我的话，也许前几百米不用拼速度，
而是找到适应当天身体条件的最佳节奏。 |

发帖数: 18174 | 34 我就不赞成自由泳的gliding。四种泳姿里只有蛙泳在蹬夹之后gliding是合算的。自由
泳gliding指的是没有任何一个手臂提供动力。一条胳膊前伸，另一条胳膊划水不算
gliding。
streamline想练好要有强大的上肢和胸腹力量。动力臂除了在空中移臂没办法驱动，所
有水下阶段都要反复优化，保证有足够的驱动力，否则速度肯定比不上中/后交叉的风
火轮派。 |

看了一遍又一遍孙阳的水下动作，他其实是4 Beat Kick。三次打水（左，右，左）是
右手前伸，一次打水（右）是左手前伸，这时是他Glide的阶段。打水的节奏是：右，
左，右，停顿，左。 强弱节拍是：右弱，左弱，右强，停顿，左强。与TI不同的是，
身体翻转的角度并不是对称的，因为他两划一换气，右侧换气，他主要是向右侧翻转的
角度较大，而且呼吸前后有较长的时间是在Glide。不打水，也不划水。这样给呼吸充
分的时间，也给身体一个休息的时间。Glide之后左脚重打，然后两次俯卧的轻打，保
持了身体的平衡，腿不会下沉，而且为右脚的重打之后的Glide提供了良好的准备。
我现在二次打水是改过来了，下一步要加上那两个弱打水，这样腿就不会沉了。TI有点
儿极端，腿不动的时间太长，所以下沉，增大阻力的机会更多。 |

发帖数: 978 | 38 Swim Smooth 和 TI 我觉得都很权威。按Swim Smooth的图，几乎所有的人都要在
50SPM 以上。SS主教练是澳洲人，主要在欧洲活动，比较针对开水。它们图上指标好像
是针对开水，不包括蹬壁。
如果在开水，那我的 SPM 会大大提高。100Y/M就少了4次蹬壁，绝对从42上升到50.
Garmin SPM = Total Stroke/ Total Time in Min.。 时间里包括转身和蹬壁滑行的
时间。以下时间均按Min。
SS 连贯SPM = 10 / 10个连续划水所用时间 （时间里不包括转身和蹬壁滑行的时间）
按5Y的平均滑行长度（蹬壁滑行时间 =大概= 1 length time/5)，假设蹬壁转身滑行的
速度和游泳差不多。
连贯SPM = Storke per length / (Time - Glide&Turn Time)
连贯SPM =约等于= Storke per length /(Time - Time x Glide/25）
连贯SPM / Garmin SPM Ratio =大概= 25/（25-Glide length)

早上4点起穿，摸着黑，等到天亮，穿上一层皮，下湖洗个凉水澡，然后上岸，骑上自
行车拉伸一下腿，warm up一下，然后跳下车，脚下抹油来个sprint....
当然真实情况不是这样的，现实总是那么的复杂与残酷。

周六开车到赛场所在地，check-in，存车。然后打算去试一下水。本来就想试试，也没
带wetsuit, 等我到了湖边，真的傻眼，”浪很大“。看到一些人在试水，基本上浪起
来了，人就看不到了。我当时真的有点慌了。就问我家高富帅，我行吗.他倒是很淡
定，说没问题。在他的鼓励下，我就裸着下水了。浪真的大，开始不适应，不过很快就
抓到了节拍，浪來的时候，就glide,头不出水面，浪下了，就呼吸，呼吸转头的时候，
尽量向后看。就这样，来回游了几百yard。上岸后，不能说信心百增，至少心里没那么
胆怯了。然后开车去camping site,晚上也没吃饭，7点的时候就倒下睡了。我现在都很

发帖数: 1395 | 45 今年花了一个冬天的时间学会了滑冰。方式就是看书看录像加自己摸索。学的是power
skating不是figure skating，所以都是for hockey的技术，下面是我的总结。
熟练掌握的技术：
forward/backward/two-foot stop(hockey stop)/crossover turn
基本掌握：
v start/crossover start/glide turn/one-foot stop
还没学会的：
crossover backward/power turn/pivoting(Mohawk)
问题分析：
正滑，倒滑已经很熟练了，但是正滑的速度还不够快，倒滑有时还有看脚下的坏习惯。
双脚停时往左转比较熟练，往右转还不是最熟练。
交叉脚的转弯只能左转，右转不仅上身和脚配合不好，而且右脚的外侧冰刀推冰面的
动作不明显。
v start和crossover start都是启动速度不够快，技术上还有小问题。
glide turn只能是内侧脚在后外侧脚在前，反过来就不稳，我看冰球运动员转弯都是
内侧脚在前的glide trun。
单脚停不够熟练而且只能外侧脚 |

手伸出去不是往另一边够,而是往前尽量伸,glide出去
身体要有转动的感觉所谓DRILL,
找个YOUTUBE录像自己比较一下,

水距离，什么gliding都是自然而然的事情,而且身体拉长后，呼吸就不会出现头抬高的
问题。不过要注意的是，伸长手臂可能会导致over gliding，导致速度不够稳定。如果
出现over gliding，长游会很累，而且全程所用的时间会多很多。
顺便问下火鸡，您大概多大了？ 按理说不至于1000Y要那么多时间阿。问这个我没有冒
犯的意思，就是觉得挺奇怪的。正常来说，游泳一段时间后，身体素质会加强很多。即
使自由泳动作不是那么协调，1000Y20分钟左右才是正常的阿。 |
