以我自己的经验来看（一共也没卖出去10件货！）
那些极晚付款的家伙多半是那种耍赖的高手
1 一白女ID:socrchc19，买我的阿玛尼粉底，丫收到货偏说我那个粉底是假货，就因为上面是made
in japan！靠，HK那边柜台上的armani很多都是made in JP，我这瓶货是armani官网买
的。
但是丫要耍赖我没辙，怕低分rate呀
要退货，好吧，给丫退了，丫把我随送的礼物一只兰蔻口红，一只雅顿gloss也退了（
当然在我的威胁暗示下），结果我打开包裹一看，晕，丫把我的新阿玛尼粉底，兰蔻口
红，雅顿gloss，全都给用了个遍，哎，你丫说是假货，为啥还从上到下都用了捏？这
不是恶心我玩吗，让我以后咋relist捏？没法子，还是给丫退了全款，包括shipping
fee，ebay偏向客户，我担心丫的投诉！
现在长教训了，item 下面说明shipping fee不退！并且把所有shipping提升到7--10块

发帖数: 9419 | 14 刷漆分为刷屋里面和屋外面，屋里面的刷漆，如果要很快就主人，那么最好是用水性的
油漆。刷屋外面需要经历风吹雨淋日晒等必须要用油性油漆。
这是屋内屋外的区分，如果说墙和门，区别不是水性油漆和油性油漆。而是要看油漆刷
完的感光度和反光度、亚光还是亮光的效果等。这些特性是以FLAT，EGGSHELL等来区分
。我的经验是，顶棚用亚光看起来很平整的FLAT型号油漆。四壁的墙由于要有些层次感
，和视觉效果等问题要用具有半亚光，略带微微反光，好像鸡蛋壳表面效果的EGGSHELL
，或者更显得亮光和光华的SATIN（忘了具体拼写是不是错了）。墙围子和门就需要用
反光度和感光度比较高，视觉效果很光滑SEMI-GLOSS,或者你喜欢亮光的效果，就直接
用GLOSS的型号油漆。
不过这些油漆工都会告诉你的，如果你自己刷，说实话，门这个问题还是比较挠头的。
专业油漆工会有那种喷油漆的机器，门的油漆喷上去的效果比刷要好太多。 |

bath or kitchen的话选择带光泽finish的，例如： semi-gloss 或者satin,我家厨房
用的semi-gloss洗手间用的satin. |

flat的优点是好刷，刷得不好也看不太出来。很显然，这个师傅只为他自己的工钱和省
力着想。
500元太贵了。
自己动手吧。刷墙很快的，刷不好还可以再来。50元搞定

还是挺折腾人的.
还有就是厨房的顶千万不要听你的那个所谓的contractor的话，厨房和连接着饭厅的顶
都要用gloss或者semi gloss的，绝对不能用flat.
TSP就在HD有卖的，正面写着很大的TSP3个字母，在卖油漆那一块，专门用来洗旧墙漆
上面的各种污垢。 |

光泽有6种，光泽依次增强：flat < flat enamel < eggshell enamel < satin
enamel < semi-gloss enamel < hi-gloss enamel
选择光泽是根据什么来选择的？一般的规矩是什么？
(3)客厅，厨房，楼梯，卧室的颜色
是都做成一个颜色，还是有不同？光泽该怎么选？
(4)房顶的颜色
就是白的？什么光泽？

gloss paint, then you have to sand it off before applying different color.
Whatever color you are to apply, make sure you use warm water (with TSP
maybe) to wipe clean the surface and let it dry first. |

spend. If you use wood putty, don't sand. Use a wet towel instead.
Otherwise, you will have to sand the whole thing and then stain.
Polyurethane has 3 finish, satin, semi-gloss, and gloss. There are 2
solvents for he product, water based and oil based. Oil based has certain
level of VOC, but does perform better and last longer.
For oil based, you can try Minwax's Polyurethane for Floor,
