特。星期六一天把哈里波特第一本读完了。星期四五晚上我给她各读了两页。本来以为
可以管一阵子的，结果人家星期六一大早六点钟醒了没起床就开始读，早上去跳了个舞
，下午去踢了个球，还去看了那个市中心的科技博览会，到家的时候下午六点钟就看完
了。敢情在路上就看完了一本。
不过要她看那个电影表示不感兴趣。和她套瓷，原来是因为里面有个Troll听起来挺无
聊的，不想看它。伊又吹牛说书里面的词她都会，除了那个Peeves不知是怎么回事情。
我糊涂也不知道啊，还好有哈里波特的维基可以查。经采访查证，伊最喜欢的部分是那
个女教授在开始变化成猫的场景。不喜欢的是哈里有一对不怎么样的舅舅和舅妈。昨天
晚饭后带她出去玩，伊也是信口就来，一会儿说什么体育场中间有个大的Goblet啦，一
会儿又说边上几棵幼年小树是个Spooky Forest得缓行啊，给自己走得慢找借口。
回家的路上问老兵纪念日是不是今年最后一个节日了，我说马上就到独立日了，伊面有
得色地说她正好有个学生那天生日，名字叫柳树(Willow)。我还不知道原来她已经开始

发帖数: 7843 | 28 我觉得姿势其实是次要的，关键是要activate glutes。经过一段时间的健美训练你应
该可以随意收缩已经建立起比较好联系的肌肉（比如抖胸）。比较理想的状态是训练的
时候想让哪块肌肉发力就让哪块肌肉发力，由发力的肌肉来自动correct动作而不是动
作控制发力的肌肉。
可以做一些让你容易体会到hip drive的动作比如swing， single leg hip thrust，
goblet squat之类。深蹲的心理压力太大了，可能不是很好体会动作。 |

Potter系列（她比我厉害，两三天看完一集HP小说；我只来得及陪她看电影），明白了
许多。虽然还是从第一集起就觉得拖拉，而且一集比一集兴趣递减，但这个第六集反而
是我最喜欢看的（还没看第七集）。
一是台词出彩。开头Harry Potter被坏学生Draco Malfoy踩断鼻梁，富有灵气的女生
Luna帮他接骨。一阵恐怖的骨头移位声后，Potter问：“How do I look?” Luna带着
惯有的安静的笑容说：“Exceptionally ordinary.” 小女孩出言和她的长相一样平静
、不凡又俏皮，很有抚慰人心的力量。
还有一处是Ron Weasley受伤住院，那个肉麻的女朋友Lavender去探视，发现Ron喜欢的
是Hermione时大哭跑开。校长Dumbledore大慈大悲地感叹：
"Oh to be young,
and to feel love's keen sting!"

综述：同样是感恩节前一个周末，本周前十位总票房约$93M，仅仅相当于去年同期（"
Happy Feet"$41.5M; "Casino Royale"$40.8M）的70%，不可谓不萎靡。两部新科魔幻
片的表现一部差强人意，一部惨不忍睹。遥想前年此时开画便大收1亿的"Harry Potter
and the Goblet of Fire"就更只能摇头兴叹了。下周三蓄势待发的"Enchanted"大概
也是满头大汗吧...
