需要用siRNA来knockdown一个外源表达的fusion protein(GFP-GOI)，
因为不想影响endogenous GOI，所以想请教能不能设计siRNA只针对GFP，而不是GOI？
这样的siRNA会有效果吗？
另外大家都用什么program来设计siRNA，另外在哪家公司买siRNA啊？

英语是德语，荷兰语，法语的混合体，说英语的如果没上过课也不会听懂德语的
1，粤语之发音与越南语如同孖仔。都有-oi，（如“居”goi）-ueong（如“强”
kueong ）之类的尾音。。也有突然打住的尾音--ak（乜mak）， --ek，（色sek），--
ok （屋wok），--ik（的dik）。也有上颚ng-（“我”） 开始的音。

reasonable plan for us to meet is that on Saturday you leave for bay area
via Highway 28, 267 and then I80, instead of via I50, so that you have
better chance of seeing the whole Tahoe whereas we could meet at north tahoe
. I80 is also easier to drive down. As for activities, we could either do a
short hike down to secret cove or up to Christopher loop, or just hang out
