Why I am a Mormon
One year ago, my wife and I met the missionaries on a bus, which opens the
gate to the gospel. We started our way to the eternal life and heavenly
father. We feel so happy for the baptism and great blessings in our lives. I
believe that our church is true and I know that I am blessed all the time.
Everyone has a time to be touched by the gospel. Don't hesitate to follow

It is the first business of an interpreter to let the author say what he
does say, instead of attributing to him what we think he ought to ...

Matt. 16:18 you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church. This is
one of the most controversial and debated passages in all of Scripture. The
key question concerns Peter’s relationship to “this rock.” For several
reasons, it is best to think that “this rock” refers to Peter himself.
Jesus’ entire pronouncement is directed toward Peter, and the connecting
word “and” most naturally identifies the rock with Peter himsel...

ASSYRIAN CHURCH OF THE EAST
His Holiness John Paul II, Bishop of Rome and Pope of the Catholic Church,
and His Holiness Mar Dinkha IV, Catholicos-Patriarch of the Assyrian Church
of the East, give thanks to God who has prompted them to this new brotherly

Both of them consider this meeting as a basic step on the way towards the

Luke 14:33
New International Version (NIV)
33 In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have
cannot be my disciples.
In Christianity, the term 【disciple】 primarily refers to students of Jesus
and is found in the New Testament only in the Gospels and Acts. The New
Testament records many followers of Jesus during his ministry, but only some
became disciples. Some disciples were given a mission, such as the Little
Commission, Luke's commission of the 70, the Great C...

By Justin Johnson
It would be self-defeating to deire a greater understanding of the Bible by
cutting portions out. God forbid we eliminate or ignore one word, syllable,
or punctuation from the complete sacred text of God’s perfect Word!
The entire Bible is written for us, but not every verse is addressed to us
or written about us.
Rightly dividing the word of truth does not insinuate cutting off Scri...

As mentioned earlier, I will leave it to the reader to draw his/her own
conclusions regarding the mental health of the Biblical Jesus. However, in
this writer‘s opinion, as to the Jesus Christ as
reported to us in the ―Holy word of God one can only conjecture—even given
the general lack of education and the superstitious nature of the times
that he was at the very least a mentally disturbed religious fanatic. And,
if various biblical reports of visions can be interpreted as hallucina...
