命否认到百般狡辩，再到后来破罐子破摔干脆承认罪行，倒打一耙说中国政府对他进行
“政治迫害”来博取美国政府的庇护。
殊不知，无论是在中国还是在美国，郭文贵的所作所为都是法律所不能容忍的。
1、行贿罪
郭文贵一直挂在嘴边的“马部长”——原国安部副部长马建，因受贿罪落马后曾公开透
露，郭文贵在2009年到2014年5年间送给他共计6000余万元的款物，为了攀上马建的关
系，郭文贵送钱送房送古玩字画，马建一家出行旅游、穿衣购物都成为郭文贵行贿的机
会。马建的女儿在纽约上学期间，郭文贵还包下一套公寓供她居住。
通过向马建行贿，“马部长”成为了郭文贵手中的一张牌，从报复反目成仇的前合作伙
伴曲龙，到打压竞争对手收购民族证券；从解除巨额资金的冻结，到减少违建处罚；从

，你应该庆幸还有 CCP 能够完成， form of government 固然重要，但是最重要的最根
本的还是 degree of goverment；研究 civil war 的人早就已经得出的结论：内战只能
终结于一方的彻底胜利或者国家实际上的分裂，否则就是持续连绵的内战。
