的签证官，面试倒是过了，不过面试期间签证官态度感觉
不太友好，现在在check。
一个紧急的问题是，我看到他在我的ds2019表格上钩了
Government Finance 回国服务两年，因为我的offer letter
上提到我参与项目的funding来自于department of energy和
一个US company，我估计他是认为我indirectly supported by
US government.这个做法让我郁闷大了，这样是不是就意味
着我不能豁免了阿？急死了。。。
看到网上说老板support我，老板的钱来自于government，这种
情况应该不算directly supported by government,
不知道这种情况我应该如何处理我以后的wavier？能否请有经验
的老大给些建议和看法阿，小弟拜谢了！！！

表是G开头的，而我的是P开头的 (P-1-xxxxx)。实在不明白了，请问大家的DS表上subject to two-
year residence requirement based on一栏都选的是什么呢？DoS怎么决定funding是

说这一句的目的是什么？做的是老板的NIH课题，这不算funded by United States
government吗？还是说这是老板的funding不算自己的.
自己现在也在申K99.如果撞大运申到了，岂不成了funded by the United States
government，反而成了办waiver的不利因素? |

办J1 waiver时是否需要相关government agency答复sponsor view
如果是government funding，ORISE会给sponsor view不反对J1 waiver的答复吗？
最近在谈一个国家实验室的博后位置，基本没有问题，就是他们只给J1 visa，不知道
放不方便waive两年的回国要求

DS2019 form上写的是subject to two-year residence requirement based on:
government financing
但我不是直接从NSF拿钱，而是NSF给系里钱，系里再给我钱。
据学校HIO说这样不算government funding
但为什么DS2019表上面写government financing呢？
这样会不会waiver被拒？
担心中。。。 |

大家好，
我是ORISE fellow, 是属于Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU),program是P
开头的，我在US Department of Agriculture 工作。
我的DS2019上program sponsor写的是ORAU，但是funding一栏写的是department of
agriculture，下面打钩也是government funding。
我想问一下我这样算是government funding吗？如果是，那USCIS会去问sponsor view
，那他们是去问ORAU吗？因为他们是我的sponsor
不知道有同样情况的前辈吗

我老婆最近去了联邦政府，同事老黄也去了政府，通过他们得经验， 别的都不重要，
就在USAJOBS 下功夫。
我老婆找了一年多，刚开始只找家近的NIH和FDA，半年连个INTERVIEW都没有，后来
我说你应该面向整个大华府。于是又找了4-5个月，还是没有消息，于是考虑是否找

We're led to believe it's a bare bones operation (Michelle Obama won't be
