发帖数: 718 | 1 除了宝宝出生要穿的衣服和car seat要自己准备，其他的好像医院都有提供。不要给宝
宝穿那种gown的衣服， 因为坐car seat的时候，要给宝宝分腿系好安全带。
我剖完医生和护士只给冰块吃，不让喝水更不让吃饭。饿到好说就是特别渴。
等过了12小时左右，就过来两个护士忙我下床在地上活动活动，适当的活动对恢复是非
常有帮助的。
关于刀口疼痛，我本身是个很怕痛的人，竟然也只在医院吃了两天去痛片，就再也没吃
过了，真心觉得没有想象中的那么痛，当时还傻乎乎的以为是闹肚子而已。跟本没想到
就是刀口疼，完全可以忍受的。当然这可能跟我ob的手法也比较有关系吧。产后2周和6
周复查的时候，医生也都说恢复的很好。
所以MM 不要担心，开开心心的，迎接小宝贝的到来吧，祝一切顺利。 |

我父母给的：frozen 儿童行李箱， 小家伙喜欢旅游，要求自己拉箱子了。睡衣一套，
滑雪裤，还有其它衣服若干。
santa给的：节日礼裙 （女儿告诉santa要 beautiful gown…拖地长裙那种。。。晕啊
。。santa用很同情我的眼神说“I'll have to talk to my elves and to see what I

1. 自己的洗漱用品洗头水，住院会1-3 天 （刨腹产可能3 天）
2. 保暖衣，医院的gown可能会冷
3. breast milk pump, 这个医院可能有，可是是别人用过消毒的。你如果有自己的，
就带上，开始几天不出奶水时，用来pump最珍贵的初乳。
4. 烧热水瓶，这个我当时没想到，总是叫护士给我热水喝， 她们就拿到微波炉里热热
给我，好在她们态度可以，没给我脸色看。
5.小孩出院的CAR SEAT，和一些保暖衣。
6.相机录像机--这个太重要了，最珍贵的记忆得录下来。
7. Cash 或credit card. BI 趴车要钱的。我老公跑进跑出当时花了一笔银子的趴车费。 |
