说实话，自我感觉这一章写得不好，因为这一章完全没有表达出我心里的意思。我想强调ritual and repetition 是平淡而非常强悍的。
Things that we repeat daily like brushing our teeth before breakfast or shower at certain time of the day become our rituals. These rituals might not be scientific or optimal, but emotional attachments are built on such rituals. Over time, these rituals emerge into our personalities, and these banal and repetitive things can help us overcome grandiose hurtles in life.

student上来的，一直是以做第一和比别人好作为激励，而不是以自己学到东西自己
做出东西的成就感为激励。当还一直有grandiosity这个防御机制做支撑时，人就还
可以继续走下去，虽然self-alienation越来越严重。等到了phd阶段，很难做到第一
和比别人好了，防御机制就忽然collapse掉，人就坠入了depression了。
其实对很多人来说，这未尝不是一个契机，depression也是一个警示，告诉你你的
内心需要关注了。能够意识到这个警示而去努力找寻新的生活道路，也许就能够开始
一段丰盛的多的人生。意识不到而纯粹dwell on depression，很多人就从轻度的抑郁
症状变成真的抑郁症了。 |

Ph.D. years caused overwhelming pressure and frustration because we were not mentally mature to handle these situations. AAman很有見地的說法，曾讀書太多，三綱五常都是入脑了的，＂討粤匪檄＂中有一个
重要原因就是太平天國冲击了這种文化。曾首先是有盛大文名的大儒，才是能領兵的名
臣，那怕他突然間覺得順應天命是該他做皇帝了，謀逆後，一樣要恢復此秩序。幾千年
都係咁㗎啦。中國君主立宪行不通，因爲傳統皇权太大，换个同文同种受歡迎嘅
皇帝，無助改進，相反，有如吸鸦片治脚痛。
很多時，我們把強國希望放在grandiose的東西身上，比如某伟人，某種政体等，信奉
綱举目張的便捷，其實是一種急功近利的浮躁。世間的事情哪有如此輕巧，强大的國家
，要有强大的國民，基础医疗衛生制度，義务教育，這些東西tedious，不激動人心，
但是能蓄＂势＂，势髙了，時機對，一个好領导人物，一塲運氣在我們一邊的战争（雖
然我是和平主義者），一个工業革命之类的東西，都不過是提供一个缺口，讓該流向某
个方向的潮水自然地流。没有水，缺口方向再好也白搭。

至于这个事情，今天忽然换了个角度，总算明白怎么回事了。
那位男士，基本上算是一个比较典型的NPD(自恋型人格，诊断标准在末尾)。
已婚，外在不错。喜欢年轻女孩子，也有很多女的会扑上去，会发生实质关系但不会因
为她们重组家庭。
自己虽然能明白人的一些事情，但不愿意从命理的角度去说，毕竟玄学这个自己也不是
特别懂完后是敬重为主。转而从心理形成的角度跟人讲（中年危机、原生态家庭对个人
的影响；一个孩子从小长拧巴了又祸害更多的人本来是个没有什么建设性的事情，就不
忍了）。
刚才发现，NPD最恐惧的，就是他/她装饰出来的那些外在被人穿透，内在的空虚("
emptiness")被人家发现，被人证明是错误的，和被人忽视。如果要留在NPD身边，必须
不断地告诉这个NPD你有多么地爱他/她。自己讲的刚好是人内在的核心问题，人家吃不
消自然就跑了。
（所以NPD很少会主动去心理辅导，就算被动地过去，发现被拆穿了就放弃。可是不去
心理辅导的话，是没有办法治愈的）

麻醉护士这个职业，最近几年疯狂的扩招，招兵买马，大有要一统麻醉江湖，唯我独尊
的劲头。2017年，INDIANA就有两个新的CRNA PROGRAM开张。与此同时，麻醉护士拼命
打压麻醉医生还有麻醉医生助手。各种“ 麻醉护士干的活和麻醉医生一样好"的言辞甚
嚣尘上。麻醉护士霸气外露，只能是我扩招，抢占地盘，其它的麻醉医生还有麻醉医生
助手都需要给我让路，不然就是死罪，就要灭了你。
其实麻醉这个活，就是猴子培训三个月，也知道怎么做了。那为啥麻醉医生还要四年的
住院医尼？因为要知道为什么给这个药，为什么这样麻醉的理论，知其然还要知其所以
然。所以麻醉医生需要四年的住院医，后面还有专科FELLOWSHIP的培训。
麻醉护士就是一群学会了如何做麻醉的猴子，可是一个个飞扬跋扈，目中无人的样
子。什么事情都要管一管，什么事情都要揽上身，简直一副自己无所不知，无所不晓，
无所不能的心态。
可是到最后，麻醉护士还是丫鬟的身子小姐的心。

Grandiosity and Depression，两者是很多人心理的两极，内心的空虚失落，缺乏对自
己真正的肯定，就依赖自己被社会和他人承认和羡慕的特质（智商，金钱，学历）来掩
饰和弥补，当自己的能力能不断支持这些东西的时候，人就很自大骄傲；不能支持的时
候，就会先虚荣一番支撑门面，然后觉得羞耻沮丧。
这个不断向外寻求肯定和自我价值的模式，很大程度上是幼时家庭教育的结果。这样的
孩子成人后只能从不断的比较里寻找幸福感，从别人的赞扬和羡慕里得到满足。就象一
个不断上升的气球，高高在上，但是总有不如己意的地方，如果刺激比较大，气球就破
了瘪了。
好强本身并不是坏事，但到了让自己痛苦的地步，那就不健康了。就象吃东西，想吃好
东西没有错，可是到了看别人吃美食就难受，或者自己不把天下美食都吃尽就痛苦的时
候，就不对。 |

十分强烈，而且自我感觉能与病人及家属打交道，搞一个自己的诊所说不一定还能有起
色（有点grandiosity的味道）。前辈说得好，好多功课是需要在下面做的。但通过各
