我正在读NSF的Award and Administration Guide， 里面提到budget change的事情，

没有像我这样本来计划招一个，现在招两个的情况。不过里面有句话似乎很正面

a. prior approval requirements for appropriate transfer between

But google it, using keyword "Grand Deed" and your state name. Each state
might have some "rules" about the wording. Also note, some county have very
specific requirement about the margin on the Grant Deed, so the stamp can

另外，屋顶的寿命如果是architecture shingle一般有20年的寿命。

warranty, 不能提供完整的chain of title， 因为relocation company 只是中间人，
对于前屋主在占据间的情况不是很清楚，当你购入这种房屋时候，就应该考虑到这种情
况，其实special warranty deed 依然是good title, 在closing 时候，owner policy
是极其重要的，也是对deed 转让grantee的重要保障条款。 |
