呵呵，可能只能算年记了。因为今年的感恩节对我来说有点特别，因为上周刚刚拿到工
作offer，说感恩节之后开始上班。算得上是人生的一个转变了。当学生当得太久，对
于这个新的开始还是充满期待的。在这个感恩的日子，我首先要感谢两个最重要人，我
的一半儿，还有妈妈。
一半儿总说我这个人让他操碎了心，但他还是那么不厌其烦的帮助我。无论是学习还是
生活，我总是依赖着他，什么事搞不定了先想到要问他该怎么办，赶进度着急上火的时
候要找他寻求心理安慰。就这么被他推着，拽着，一个一个任务都渐渐完成了，毕业的
目标，找工作的目标也都达成了，在这个过程中我也学到了很多，渐渐的成长起来。亲
爱的一半儿，感谢你，我最大的感谢就是以后努力上你少操点心：P。 然后，是要感谢
这个世界上最给力的妈妈，妈妈在我忙毕业，跟老公两地的这一年里，无微不至地照顾

An easy way is to add gluten into the whole wheat flour.
I use about 2 tablespoon gluten in 20 oz flour.
My recipe:
0.2 oz yeast
20 oz whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon gluten
(optinal) granulated sugar
(optinal) salt
1 egg
(optinal) powdered milk
13.5 oz water (more or less depending on flour brand).
That is all the ingredient I use. 1.5 h in bread machine using "dough" cycle.
Take out, knead down and shape into a load pan.

的大米，口感和味道都略差。我就自己改进了这个配方，加入一些特色原料。吃过的妹
子都说好，包括两个减肥中的妹子，每次我去她们家聚餐带这个布丁她们都一大盘吃光
光，宁可第二天跑一万米或者一天不吃饭。
ingredients：sushi rice 1cup
whole milk 0.5 gallon
granulated sugar 1/2 cup
2 large eggs
cinnamon powder 2 tbsp 我一般都用国内带来的干桂花半杯，放大米里一起打成粉
sea salt 1 tsp
把大米和肉桂粉（或者你有干的桂花）放blender里打成碎末。我一般都开最高当打半
分钟，就能打得很碎，但还留一些比较粗的颗粒保持口感。
两个鸡蛋用blender打成蛋液。
所有的原料倒入牛奶里，混合均匀，放冰箱冷藏两小时。

我的感觉：纯蔗糖譬如 C&H granulated sugar 除了甜没有其他味道。转化糖浆有柠檬

曾受冰雹袭击。他并发现旁边有至少两户邻居已经换了新房顶。建议卖方找保险公司换

刚入2个月的78年的房子，pest inspection两次，说没有白蚁。昨天给后院翻地，准备
种越冬的蔬菜。发现离房子地基4－5米的地方地下埋了一颗大概15厘米粗的树干或者树
根（姑且叫树根吧）。因为太大了，又延伸到fence下面，根本没法挖出来。于是就打
算用garden fork（就是特大号大叉子）探一探树根到底延伸到什么地方。结果不探到
好，一探探出白蚁来了。
估计这白蚁已经在这树根里住了一段时间了（也可能很长一段时间了）。不知道的时候
就算了，因为inspector说白蚁到处都有，关键是进没进家。可是现在知道了，如果放
着不管，心里一阵阵拧吧。所以打算杀之。
房子的基本情况是：inspection和pest inspection都说是in a good shape。房子是
fully fenced，back to wood。大概离房子10米，离fence 4～5米的地方有个很小的小
溪的源头（一个水洼）。离房子20米，fence 15米的地方有个小溪的支流。夏天的时候

发帖数: 437 | 30 前几天屋顶在暴风雪肆虐后，雪从ridge vent那里吹进来了。在和好友的roofer朋友共
同努力下，加上碰到一个还不错的adjuster，虽然屋顶没啥大恙，adjuster在我们连哄
带骗的夹击下，还是同一给换主屋顶。
后来roofer给了shingle样品来让我挑颜色，挑着挑着就出问题了。
原因是，本人对屋顶真的一窍不通。当初买房子时，agent列的post说屋顶是新的，但
我后来看到车库屋顶上有主屋顶常年水流积累下来的痕迹，就觉得屋顶可能有个二十多
年了。不过车库屋顶可能确实要老一些。
昨天把样品shingle和主屋顶下面的门廊屋顶比较了一下，发觉样品和我们原有屋顶的
shingle几乎没什么新旧区别。并且我们原屋顶shingle可能有现在的样品两个厚，表面
和底部的那些granules明显比样品更密更丰富。
今早再看了一下主屋顶的整体状况，和邻居家刚换的屋顶没什么两样。
我们这个roofer当初过来看时，他也建议说只要把ridge vent给修修就可以了，是我一
直坚持要找保险换屋顶，他也觉得不妨一试，何乐不为。（我的保险当初选了个2000的
免配额，修屋顶得完全自己出钱）

今年1月底，乳房剧痛 红肿，然后有肿块。很大。等约到医生做超声波就是2月中了，
但是当时肿块已经没有了。
等了1－2个月好像又有肿块，5月突然我觉得摸到很大一个（5cm 多）肿块，做了超声
波，医生 ""quite vascular, hypoechoic colletion, and more suspicious for
infection" STILL 建议biopsy。
