翻的！
问了国内的儿医和有小宝宝的亲戚们说是国内宝宝都补钙粉。表姐家宝宝喂的是医生建
议的迪巧，还说是美国进口的。表姐发了包装上面的成分是calcium carbonate and
vitamin d3 granules。可是我google半天也没见美国有卖的啊。
宝宝从2周大开始我给补的是E家的poly－vi－sol，后来实在太难吃，每次喂都跟打仗
一样。于是就换成了版上有姐妹推荐的carlson家只用一滴的Vd drop。平时天气好的
时候会抱着晒会儿太阳。按照美国ped的说话应该不用担心缺钙。
不知道版上有宝宝补钙粉的么？不补吧担心真缺钙，补吧又怕不缺钙反倒补成个脊柱过
早钙化啥的。我自己本身还是个学医的，摊上自己家宝更是纠结的不得了。这边好像ped
都不查微量元素，有人做过这个检查么?如果不是太贵，自费做也就做了，图个安心，省了
瞎猜忌的。 |

）烧一下，就会好。连麻药也不打，但是做完后会涂点药膏清凉镇痛。我上次也是自然

美国这个地方吧，什么都好，就是转基因食品太多！
生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。
转基因食品是否安全？对这个问题，挺转派（主要是农业生物公司和很多学生物的人）
和反转派（主要是有机农业及部分追随者）争得不可开交。我个人认为，目前市场上的

diet:
早餐: 2个鸡蛋 (142 cal, 0 carb), 用豆子和燕麦作了豆浆（1/4 cup of bean (17
cal, 2g carb) + 1/4 cup of oatmeal (37 cal, 24g carb),是100% wholegrain
Irish oats, 是uniformity of granulation, 就是打碎的，所以1/4杯的卡路里多吧。

普通LMT据说用了MIM件不想试水。贵一点有LMT enhanced BCG.注意KAC E3 Bolt不能用

OSH, HD 都有。不要买那些小的 bait station。 那些是逗小孩玩的。
买 12 oz Granule 那种，一颗一颗撒的。
然后仔细找所有的洞口，找得越全越好。顺着蚂蚁路线找。
漏掉了可能就前功尽弃。
洞口上撒药，不要太多。药湿了效果就不好了。所以要补。
持续大概两个星期，你应该看到蚂蚁往里面搬。
搬两个星期后，找那种 vegetable safe 的蚂蚁的喷剂，可以
喷了蚂蚁暂时不回来的那种。把外面活动的蚂蚁都喷死。洞口
附近喷上蚂蚁不能出来活动。
然后蚂蚁就被迫吃搬回来的毒药了，一窝端。
这招我用过一次，那窝好像就没了。 |

For time release (aka slow release), under mulch. Easier way to punch a few
holes to the right depth, and fill with the right dose of the granules.

DEPOT随便买了一种洒在地里，虫子还确实减少了。我地里的是不是西瓜虫，我也不清
楚。它的效果有没有slug plus好，我也没做过比较。

underneath the roots.
If confirmed, put down Dylox ASAP. Active ingredient should be Trichlorfon,
i.e. Dimethyl (2,2,2-trichloro-1-hydroxyethyl) phosphonate. On the web
search for Dylox 6.2 G. In HD, get Bayer Advanced 10 lb. 24-Hour Grub
Killer Plus Granules. Skip GrubEx.
Follow the label carefully. Needs a lot of water as the idea is to get the
ingredient to where the grubs are ASAP.

same checking and treatment. Both Dylox and Sevin claim that they kill both
worms (although I think Sevin would be more effective).
One thing you can try tomorrow is to see how effective Dylox is for the
armyworms/cutworms since it claims it kills those too. You can still try
the soap method 24 hours after you have sprayed Dylox. If you don't see too
