你得租一个tiller来翻。完了洒草籽，上starter fertilizer，
洒上straws（不用太多），每天两遍水两周。
不知道你在哪里，可能现在太冷种不了。看草种上的说明。
另外如果你那里夏天热，现在种cold season grass白种，
夏天都热死了，得秋天才行。如果你种summer grass就快到
时候了。 |

seed), it is best to seed in fall, but you want nice looking grass this
summer, do it now with some starter fertilizer, and don't forget to water a
lot. for the first 4 week, you want the groud to be muddy wet, water many
times per day untill your grass is established. |

according instruction (based on what spreader you have), starter fertilizer

twice per week (if no rain), you want deep roots for your grass. |

grow. I like to cut off no more than 1/2 inch each time, that means more
often during fast grow season and less often during slow grow season.
Use the highest setting on your mower for a while and slowly lower the

, Spectracide, weed b gone. Be sure to check the bottle, it usually states
something like "kill the weeds not the lawn". If you are in the south, be
careful, certain warm season grass types (such as St. Augustine grass) can
be sensitive to weed killers.
I don't usually mind digging out dandelions myself. With a fishtail weeder
and do it after some rain, it takes little effort. |

is not frozen.
Fall is the best time to seed or reseed, followed by spring time.
The only thing is sping and fall usually have a lot of rain, so you don't
need to water as much.
To start new grass, I suggest you rent a slit seeder, just throughing seeds
on top will also work, but not as well. Along with some starter ferterlizer
and lots of water, it will grow just about any time of the year. Water is

If you have AL or plastic deck, you might be ok.
But I suggest you sharpen the blade each time.
After pressure washer, I sharpen the blade and spray a little wd-40 when
done to prevent rust.
If you do it every time, it only take about 5 min to do the whole thing.
Sharp blade will make cut grass look nice and less chance of catching
disease.
Dull blade torn grass (instead of a clean cut), your lawn will look brown.
