标 题: 关于草根游说(Grassroot Lobbying)争取EB利益的倡议

要争取EB的利益，我觉得在大家现有的努力基础上，还需要增加一些其他的方式。从长
远来看，不论是EB绿卡还是现在比较热的H1b问题，比较根本的办法是改革现有的EB移
民政策，比如增加EB和H1b名额，或者限制EB最长等待时间等。
移民法律是由国会制定的。所以我们应该努力推动国会做出对于我们有利的立法。期望
搭非法移民的顺风车我认为不现实。一是非法移民这个问题太复杂，不知道扯皮扯到什
么时候。二是不知道最后给EB喝多少汤。三是如果任凭非法移民进来，美国恐怕也逐渐
不是值得移民的地方了。
我们应该争取先单独解决合法移民，尤其是EB的问题。本周我们几个亚利桑那州的同仁
已经与联邦众议员Matt Salmon的团队会谈。他们很赞同我们的看法，并且说这种看法

我现在在一所排名五十左右的学校做理工科AP，第二年了还没有拿到funding，所以非

brutal capitalism mistreatment. Many of these poor labor might be evily
mistreated but they have hope for a decent future. The communist light the
candle and brings hope by fighting relentless on their behalf.
80 years later, in such a harmonized community we see the same grassroots
the same capitalism. But one thing missing is no one even bother to fight

compared to legal immigrants, like us. It is no way that the grassroots
over ride the elitist "mainstream" people.
The cost for pharmacy in the whole health system is not high at all, only 8%
, compare to physicians' ~22%.

组织有很多。 darwin evolution over 20+ years should tell us which ones are
specialized for what purpose. Some are good with economical dev, some good
at lobbying, some good at PR, some are good at education, some are good at
grassroots getting-out-the-votes in local areas, some are good at raising
money. It's like a zoo, the animal that found its niche survive, the animal
that fails to find its niche, goes under. We are seeing some of the
fitter animals around.

Our role is of selection, choose the ones that are healthy and transparent,
enjoys good grassroots infrastructure.
Then we enable these healthy grassroots organizations to expand in the
frontier of technology.
Our goal should be clear and quantifiable.
