为达到其各种不可告人的目的，他们竟然胆敢篡改我的medical records. 你去visit他
们的时候给你说的是一回事，写到medical records的事另一回事。给我动的手术给保
险公司和我的medical records上竟然是不同的
CPT code。到头来，给我到底动了什么手术我都搞不清楚。给我因烫伤做的手部的skin
grating，效果惨不忍睹，把grated的愈合很不好的地方切除后，竟然建议3个月后全
部切除。这种事情病人很难找到律师， 律师一般都代表医生或医院，能代表病人的大
多都是million的case。幸好这只是在手上。。。那些恶心人的印度医生，你如果没有
做人的起码准则，快滚回你们自己的国度！！！ |

Soon after delivery we took a long road trip. Would have been enjoyable with

3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
a few gratings of nutmeg
salt and pepper
Put the mushrooms in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of butter, a few gratings
of nutmeg, garlic, salt, and pepper, and 1 cup of water; cook over medium
heat for 20 minutes, then process in a blender or press through a food mill.

这个是湘辣，不是香辣哈。湘辣的意思是用了湖南的剁椒。我用的是LA湖南餐馆买的
剁椒，很辣很好吃。
1. 鸡翅剁成两块，因为我心疼我家刀，所以改在鸡翅面上切口子了……
2. 准备葱姜蒜热油下锅
3. 鸡翅放入锅中，加酱油，糖，盐，炒至变色，就是糖色
4. 加剁椒，拌匀，放入蒸锅中蒸三十分钟
5. 重新热锅，大火炒至汤汁收干，放入青蒜苗，调味料，起锅
有木耳的可以放一点黑木耳，也会很好吃

为是所用的面
粉什么的过期了，因为大概放了有２年了吧。
然后买了新的面粉，BAKING POWDER， BAKING SODA，又做了MUFFIN。结果还是苦的。
自己分析原因：
１。用的糖过期了？（不知道有没有糖过期一说）
２。BAKING SODA放多了？ 好象把TSP（应该是TEASPOON）看成TABLESPOON了
昨天又去买了新的糖想再试试。
很怕又失败，大家帮我想想还有什么可能的原因啊？谢谢了。

昨天晚上就想好了做risotto，因为家里就剩下一点点米了，正好做完拉倒。早上的时
候想着放什么料呢，想想就虾和芦笋好了。结果出来味道非常滴美~不枉费我特意跑到
Trader Joe's买parsley拿在手上吭哧吭哧跑回家的费事儿啊！
[材料] 大约3人份
短米（日本米或者意大利米）270g，鸡汤一盒1 quart，虾200g，芦笋200g切1寸段，橄
榄油2tbsp，洋葱半个，parsley适量切碎，蒜3瓣切片or切碎，Parmigiano-Reggiano大
概2oz grated。
[做法]
鸡汤倒出来倒在一个小锅里加热，全程保持simmer。
热锅，下橄榄油，下切碎的洋葱，中火炒到洋葱变透明，下米（绝对不要洗米，一定要
干的），炒啊炒啊炒，炒到米差不多带点金黄色了，下一勺鸡汤，搅啊搅，搅到鸡汤都
被吸收了，再加一勺，再搅啊搅，搅到都被吸收了，再加一勺……重复以上过程，直到
米煮到你喜欢的熟度（我家是煮到了al dante，正好用掉了一盒鸡汤）。米饭快煮好了

锅子是佛山生铁锅，9耳，44cm直径，传统双耳圆底铸铁锅。买来的颜色是灰的，我拿
barbecue炉子season过后就是纯黑色了。

根本不认识信里提到的这个学生，也不住在英国，怎么就成监护人了。这是变相广告还
是骗子？还是他们搞错了，但是个人油箱地址怎么会落入他手。如果我回信说他搞错了
我不是监护人，会有什么神奇的后果？比如象国内人那样银行里的钱神秘消失，虽然还

第三部分： 7-9个月宝宝的辅食

看海归版，这么多叫嚣不归，不归的理由！说什么中国的一切都不如美国好。
看得我心惊胆战，看得我痛心疾首啊！
天哪，这都是什么人呀！这么妖魔化自己（或者曾经）的祖国！好像那就是一个大大的
火坑或者臭水沟，跳进去化为灰烬或者弄一身臭！
中国，我们的祖国，真的是这样子了吗？
不可否认，某些方面，中国比美国是差些，可是你们看到中国的进步了吗，看到中美差
距在逐渐缩小了吗？中国在最近20年取得了长足的进步，就连最为诟病的人权，环境什
么的都在进步，不是倒退！
就像一个家庭，自己的子女都嫌弃父母贫穷，丑陋，难道就都离开家，自己出去享福，
留下老人不管不说，还在外面唧唧歪歪的讲坏话吗？
所以，我说相当不想归的，当然有各种理由，但是请不要老是拿抹黑自己祖国作为一个
理由，有时候是唯一的理由！
