发帖数: 389 | 4 最近在NetFlix上看了部算不得是大成本的纪实探案片，The Greenwich Murder，翻译
成中文的话，差不多应该是叫做“格林威治谋杀案”。这部影片是根据真实的谋杀案的
基础上，拍成电影的，几乎不能说是剧情片。我是一口气看完的的，片子本身没有任何
技巧可言，非常容易进入故事情节里面。我看的中间，有多次，按下pause，起身在卧
室里走几步，想一想，再继续看下去。我不只一次的想：这根本就是美国版的朱令案嘛！
但是在这个美国版本里，杀害少女的凶手在二十年后被捕，被陪审团认定有罪，被判20
年监禁。
而我们的朱令案，迄今为止，凶手仍逍遥法外。
我先来讲一下这美国版朱令案吧。

前些日子面了一下，拿到个offer。
猎头说他们可以给12万的base和30%的bonus。。在greenwich, CT(房价贵的吓死人了。
。)本人西部学校ECE phd一枚没有任何finance经验，实在是有点怵啊。因为完全没有
前辈在这个公司，同学里连往东部finance相关领域发展的都没有。号称是过去做risk
的，完全用C++工作（反正我完全不会java）
实在不知道这公司怎么样。。。也不知道这个工资如何。。我还有几个EECS大公司的
offer最高base能给到11万把。。望懂行的各位指点迷津啊。。

是高中。
我看来看去，greenwich,cos cob, old greenwich, stamford这一带，只有小学有评分
9或者10的，初中、高中都很差。但是按说greenwich这带应该很好啊，这是为啥呢？
还是有钱人的小孩高中都去私立学校了？
另，没有小孩的在这一带买房，大家主要看什么因素啊？
看来看去，我已经彻底晕菜了.... |

来说都还好，我以前从北往南开，绝大多数时候也不堵车。
Norwalk有个叫做Calf Pasture Beach Park的公园，不过我没去过。Old Greenwich
Point Park是我最喜欢的公园，你在google上能看见是个半岛，冬天免费，夏天需要
permit。还有些漂亮的山间trail，去走走挺不错的，Mianus pond、Audubon
Greenwich什么的。
要是喜欢去纽约的话，Greenwich到法拉盛也就20多mile，很方便。离White Planis,NY
也近，要是不想去法拉盛，可以去那里买菜，还可以逛那个很大的westchester mall。 |

好像因为greenwich的有钱人太太太多了，很多富翁的房子都是几千万，就把中产的地
税降低了（因为总的税是一定的）。另外据说很多人捐款给特定的公共服务，比如图书
馆什么的，所以greenwich的社区服务很好（我老板对他们的图书馆赞不绝口）。
好像多数上私立，我老板好几个小孩，都上的私立。
另外greenwich的警察态度很好是真的，比别的地方看起来好。town也不错，挺漂亮，

我问你住哪里， 就是说， stamford有express train， 而且很多， 你greenwich就不
行了。 但你可以开车去stamford， 然后做express。
你或者可以把你的greenwich房子卖了， 去manhattan买一个。。。
metronorth train很稳当的， 你可以train上 work。 我以前有个同事， downtown
上班， 住NJ/PA state boarder那里， 二个多小时的commute。。。 |
