据8月18日报道，瑞士洛桑的一对穆斯林夫妇因拒绝与异性握手而无法成为瑞士公民。
洛桑市长格雷格瓦尔·尤诺德（Gregoire Junod）表示，市政府拒绝批准这对夫妇的公
民身份申请，是因为他们缺乏对性别平等的尊重。
雷格瓦尔·尤诺德透露，洛桑市政委员会数月前曾向这对夫妇提出质询，以确认他们是
否符合获取公民身份的标准，17日公布的最终裁决显示，他们没能达标。
雷格瓦尔·尤诺德没有透露这对夫妇的国籍和其他细节，仅表示他们没有与异性握手。
“他们对于回答异性提出的问题也显得十分困难。”雷格瓦尔·尤诺德补充说。

有。事实上，任何人只要他们想，都可以用客家话、广东话、闽方言拼写来起名，但是
之所以用拼音的越来越多，是因为他们都意识到拼音、简体字、普通话这三样东西是大
势所趋、与时俱进。是他们的政府和民众务实的表现。
香港这边，你说的学普通话的劲头，也是港人务实的一面，这不需要政府来做什么额外
工作，环境使然。另外，你说的有个很矛盾的地方，既然越来越多的港人愿意学好普通
话+了解大陆，那么Liu Dehua这种拼写又怎么会不被正确念出呢？如果仅仅是为了方便
，给孩子同时起个英文名不就完了？所以我不认同你说的“考虑这么拼写的家长都是这
么考虑的”，相反，我基本相信这样做的家长是怕孩子在香港长大但得不到认同、被排
挤或者被歧视。
回到起名字这个问题上，我不是说要带着大国沙文主义的态度来看这件事，认为“广东
话比普通话低一等”云云，而是简单从文化传承的角度来说。你如果去过伦敦、纽约，
那里有各种各样的族裔，没有人会说“我们为了方便所以给孩子起个英文名”，你照样
