tell much different between two grips, choose the bigger one." The small
grip is good for serve. However it is easy to get hurt and not good for
baseline. You need wrist movement for the swing.
that is not for player who uses overgrip(not you). If using overgrip, always choose the smaller one and uses overgrip to do the fine adjustment.

拍子的把柄有八个边，国内的教法是虎口对着哪条边，加拿大安省的教法是nuckle 对

Continental grip大家都明白，握菜刀grip。
和continental grip垂直的是semi western, 俗称苍蝇拍grip.
上述两者之间45度角的是eastern.
和eastern grip对称的是反手eastern grip, 或者正手western grip. 也就是说
western grip的选手正反手用同一面打。
Western grip例子：

发帖数: 5138 | 5 上次在eBay上买了个二手的Pentax K20D带一个Battery Grip，但被告知那个Grip有问
题，不工作。后来仔细检查后发现是有一个电极被过度卡在底座内部出不来。拆开后一
看，电极已经弯折得很厉害，当时试图用手掰正，没想到一掰就断了。不得不让拆开的
Grip成为一堆散件放着。
昨晚花了不到一个小时自己做了一个电极装上（见图一），经过一番调整，终于让Grip
工作了。但有一个问题不清楚，因为自己以前从未使用过这个东西。
当把Grip装上相机后，将Grip上的开关（见图二）从OFF拨到ON时，如果相机上自己的
形状完全相同的开关处于OFF时，相机无开机动作。只有将相机上的开关从OFF拨到ON时
才开机。这时，Grip上的所有其它操作键都工作，包括按快门拍照。如果相机上的开关
处于ON，而将Grip上的开关拨回到OFF后，Grip上的所有键都不再工作，而且这个操作
不会导致相机的关机。所以，我的问题是，究竟Grip上的ON/OFF能否管理相机的开关机？

grips, what you save is the labor expense.
It's worth if you can find a decent grip at $5 at GolfSmith. $3 per grip is
the standard labor charge for a grip change. I had a local GolfSmith change a few
grips before and couldn't find a good grip less than $8 in there. so ending
up with paying more than $10 for a grip change.
I suggest trying small golf shops, They may offer good deals for grip
changes.

I'm using hammer grip. I'm thinking about trying pistol. But I'm not fully
convinced why pistol is better than hammer. It seems that Djokovic is using
hammer grip. I use hammer grip with pretty loose grip tension. If I use
pistol grip, I may have to grip a little tighter than using hammer grip,
until I'm getting used to pistol grip. |

like dunlop one, just look for the same model on TW, usually they have it.

我自己这一年以来一直再用的便宜版本皮套和grip吧，你有钱当然可以买原厂的。
皮套我是从ebay的中国卖家买的，基本是40左右一个，在ebay搜索 E-M5 leather half
case就能看到好几个中国卖家。 颜色选择很多，做工也很好。下面是效果图：
而grip呢，这个要看你想多professional啦，我是不会入原厂的，所以一直用不带电池
的grip，是美国这边的工匠完全手工制作的，也是40多，我觉得很值得。现在我基本只
用grip了，两个皮套都闲着，也许有些场合我会带皮套出去，哈哈哈。
这个grip在Amazon有卖，他是接了订单才会制作，所以要大约两周才会收到。

你要买一个replacement grip，但是一般很多人在replacement grip之上还缠overgrip，
当然我个人现在用4支拍子，一半（2支）用overgrip，因为grip size小些，grip size
大些的其他两支我就不用overgrip。如果用overgrip的话，到底买什么replacement
grip does not really matter that much。因为你上面还缠overgrip，overgrip很容
易替换，很多人一两次就换一次，而且比较便宜，一般1块多钱。 |

你图上这个是Hogue rubber grip，我的枪就换的这个。原装是两个塑料片。我觉得这

来很舒服，finger groove配合我的手正好。你最好去比较一下先，我觉得手小的话就
不要上了，会让握把太粗。我现在DA的时候食指都要往前够一点，SA没问题，如果手比
我的小，那么DA可能够不到。

其实网上有很多带各种图案design的grip，beretta官网自己也有aluminum的，看起来
不错。当初如果我没有买hogue，可能会买铝制的。
子弹，SGAMMO.com有时候special会比较便宜。我上次就是看板上wrd同学发的帖子，在那
买的1000发Sellier Bellot，做工很好，打得挺准，也不脏。一般推荐Federal的不错
，记得买铜壳的别买铁壳的（tula之类）。Winchester我不太喜欢，打完太脏
Case我没有，都是用holster带过去。之前web发的这个很不错，超级便宜实惠，如果现

接1发快球，grip用错了也不会增加多少失误率，比如用正手grip进行反手
slice, 最多就是球回得太高而已。接1发偶只求界内。

日常常见grip中这个握法的确不多见，经常跟我相邻场地打球有俩低手老头都这grip，
我看着都别扭。如果这个严格定义，你是对的。只不过日常人们所谓的western是更偏
向western而已。semi和western的景点定义中间有很大的余量的...
就好比extreme eastern，狒狒也不是，他也是eastern 偏semi western一点
真要这么extreme那pro里用这个grip的就更少了

i barely remember some comparision among interlocking, overlap. it's really
hard to say which is good.
I am using interlocking. and it works well for me. actually, i nver tried to
other grips.

also, i kept i5 for almost 1 year, and would stick with s59 for a while..
except someone pays me for using a new set. lol...
it's quite easy. golfsmith has the whole set you can buy, with the
instruction. the most difficult part is to pull the old grip out, for those
guys who have right tools to put in. for our indivual, the most difficult
part is to put new grip in, since we, normally, need to figure out how to
put the new grip on..

发帖数: 15155 | 42 上次在枪店买的木制airborne grip，结果回来不出一周表面就掉色了。
当时就很不爽，然后联系做的人（跟我恰好在一个城市），他答应给我换一个。
今天去了他的workshop，他看了之后说我被店里坑了，这个是他们两三年前的时候做的
早期产品，表面用了种什么涂层（名字忘了），如果遇到某种化学物质会掉色，他们现
在的grip已经不涂漆了。后来想了想，还是觉得木头的有风险，正好他那里有骨质的
grip。一般都是骆驼骨头，我这个是新产品，水牛角的。当时就看上了这个pattern，
还是半成品，老板现场在他的数控机床上切割的wilson combat的groove，然后打磨什
么的，前后弄了差不多一个小时，中间还给我聊了很多1911的东西，感觉老板人还是很
热情的，最后走的时候天都黑了。这种骨质的价格大概110左右，比木制的贵一倍还多
，不过确实手感不错。

the grip itself, pretty easy, just snap it on.
It does feel slimmer than original grip, but not a lot... Have to try it out
at range.
I like the finish/feel of the original grip though. |

1) Use a ruler and measure the distance between ring finger and bottom lateral
crease 2) Hold the racquet with eastern forehand grip and see if you can fit
in your index finger in the gap 3) Use the Wilson grip size measurement

发帖数: 82 | 45 这个就不一定了，就算同样的grip size但是不同厂商的grip shape会稍微有点不一样
，比如head的就要扁一点，握起来感觉就比其他的小一点，如果QA不是很严格，就算同
样牌子同样grip size的拍子大小也可能不一样，如果不能亲手握一下，买小一号的比
较保险。

The cost and work to replace an original grip is about 10 times
