othercafe125 = $102000
我最后一张paycheeck 的 gross pay 只要有$102000左右， 我从来也没收到过这个人
non taxable comp 的一万刀，不知道这non taxable comp 哪来的。税的withhold 都
是根据地paycheck 的人gross pay 算的， 突然多这个一万刀，就差太多了。
有没有可能公司给错了w2 |

没有一个人能下这个结论。
首先谢谢哈佛数学系的Professor Benedict Gross对于我的来信的回复以及解答，我就
代Professor Gross和各位WSN们做个肯定的答复，哈佛数学系的POST DOCTOR 不是
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR，哈佛数学系的AP就是Benjamin Pierce Lecturer in
Mathematics 。
其实从哈佛数学系的官网http://www.math.harvard.edu/people/junior.html，我们也看得到JUNIOR FACULTY就是其他大学的AP。由此看出浙大的徐土鳖到底是不是AP？现在帮他摇旗呐喊的还有话说吗？

gross pay 是112k. 这个差距
的10k 显示在 less non taxable comp 这一行。 我从来没收到过任何non taxable 的
comp，而且box14是空的。
box1里的wages 数目是112k 减去401的钱，却没有减这10k,虽然我从来都没有拿到过这
10k.
那位有经验的知道怎么回事吗？是w2错了吗？ |

休金超过了dependent gross income的上限。不过最近看了下US China treaty，发现
foreign pension不算在他们的gross income里（他们当时是B2签证，我是resident
alien for tax purposes），11年是不是应该可以claim他们做我的dependents的?
Pensions paid by the People's Republic of China for services performed for
China are exempt from U.S. income tax unless the recipient is both a citizen
and a resident of the United States.
如果是的话，现在还能改11年的联邦税和州税表吗？12年的刚交上去，12年他们不是

relocation的时候一部分是自己出钱，然后报销的，另一部分是公司负责的，比如运输。
我记得reimburse的check也就不到5k，实在不知道哪来这么多钱，是不是公司在
relocation时候付的钱都算在我的gross income里了？我实际没有拿这些钱，不知道报
税的时候是不是可以减掉？
有经验的请指点一下。
