My advice is that additional 30%-40% discount for organizer should be distributed evenly among the members. For our group, I was the organizer. I also got $800 more than other groups members. I divided this by 5. I gave each member including myself $160. This is a win-win situation. Otherwise, everyone wants to be an organizer who takes advantage of other members. No deals will be done in this way. |

首先，我不想做front desk quant。那种每天写code然后盯着屏幕看绩效的日子我自问
做不了。pay 我再高我也没兴
趣。如果是做asset management或者类似的还好些。这个position本来也就是
headhunter找上我，然后就去面了。
然后发现原来这个group做的东西还是和我research很接近的。有几个面我的人是我们
这行top prof的学生，我是看着
他paper长大的。他们非常关心也真懂我做的东西，问的问题也非常research，让我很
意外。有一个和我投了同一个
conference的paper，我们还交流了一下结果。确实不是做GS的core business，可能

另外，不加任何条件，也能测出来的count值 (control group)
理论上，每种不同的条件下的count value should be smaller than control group

因为当年网站论坛还很少，当时发帖是在这个newsgroup, 从现有邮件上看，发帖人几
乎都是蔡全清，而贝只是起了一个帮助整理邮件以及和医院沟通的作用。在google
group里搜索 caiqq(这是蔡全清的邮件的其实关键字)，https://groups.google.com/
forum/?fromgroups#!search/caiqq，可以发现最早的求救邮件，还有协和医生的详细
病历报告，以及重金属等嫌疑的反馈，所有其他人回帖和转帖只有一两百个左右，而回
帖里真正提出有效诊断意见大概只有20~30个左右，里面提到最多的是 重金属(汞、砷
都可以导致脱发和神经中毒)、辐射、莱姆病、贝氏综合征、误食化疗药物，直到4月24
日开始，才接连出现五封推测是铊中毒的意见。所以论坛上的信息根本不符合贝本人的
对诊断的描述。
当然，很多邮件是直接发到蔡全清的邮箱里了，而这些邮件大部分都没公开过。我们只
