My comment:
(a) In Q1, 2010, Taiwan's GDP increased by 13.27%, "which outpaced
China’s 11.9 percent expansion." Compared with Japan's Japan's 4.9% and
America's 3.2%. All figures are annualized rate. However, Taiwan's and China
's are year-on-year whereas Japan's and America's are quarter-on-quarter.

report by Kwong) who said Q1 2009 was -9% (y/y, annualized rate), I did an
extensive search on the Economist, the web and Taiwanese government's web
site(www.dgbas.gov.tw), I could not find the -21% GDP growth rate. I am
still sure I read it from Economist, but it could be for Q4 2008, which
dgbas.gov.tw listed as -8.36%. |

inflation的么？印度现在CPI已经13%了，要是inflation adjusted之后增长10%岂不是

加拿大政府宣布娱乐用大麻于2018年7月合法化后，本周加国大麻生产商的股价全面暴
涨。最大的一间是Canopy Growth Corp.，周一股价涨了11%，另一间大公司Aphria也涨
了8.4%。
预计政府于4月初提呈有关大麻合法化的法案，将带起一波股价涨潮。
目前，加拿大卫生部许可的大麻生产商共有39家。这些公司种植医用大麻，患者通过邮
寄购买。其中一些公司投入巨额扩大种植量，押注政府开绿灯后，大举侵占市场份额。
不仅是生产商，行业内销售圈也会是大赢家，包括Shoppers Drug Mart、London Drugs
和Jean Coutu等药店。
不过前提是各省政府允许这些药店销售大麻。
目前，政府没有明确大麻合法化之后，如何规管销售，而是让各省政府自行决定。

我们是一家小公司，老板从他CPA那里听说EB5是一个不错的growth capital source，
于是让我查一些EB5以及相关律师的信息。我也挺想投资我们公司的，平时跟我们CFO聊
天感觉公司业绩还比较稳定，最近一年比一年好。
如果抛开绿卡只是想投资的话，该怎么提出来呢？会不会有不合适的地方？我现在只是
普通员工H1，不在management。像我这种算passive investment？我是否需要找个律师。
另外如果想通过这个办EB5绿卡的话，是否可行呢？看了USCIS的一些信息，说绿卡投资
人必须要在管理层perform daily duties。被动投资不行。
问题有点多，想不太通，希望有这方面经验的人回复一下。谢谢。 |

的增长预期才有意义。
纯投资，涉及不仅是公司经营状况，还要看估值和预期growth和回报及回报形式吧。
